Could you share some secrets or unknown rules to get a first high paying job as fresher with internship after completing engineering & not depend on job hopping after some months ? Where should i apply more in start ups or mnc companies ? Which type of roles usually do get more earnings is it designing or execution part.. which soft skills should i showcase and learn to stay ahead in the game ? Any top books recommendations around this topic to help me land a good pay job..

I been watching sum of you vids on preparing for job interview.
I can do everything you've been suggesting except attire.
I can afford clothing but what I do have is what I can afford just jeans and t-shirts.
Is it a mandatory to to step up te look?
I fo feel confident the way i look regardless.

My first boss flat out told me that there were two candidates she felt would be a good fit for the role. She told me that I got the role over the other person because I dressed more professionally.

I am not sure where you are located, but in the US there are several options where you can find affordable and professional attire. Sometimes there are programs available to low-income individuals that gives them access to professional clothing and then there are other options like second-hand/thrift stores where you can find very nice clothing for low cost.
I would highly recommend exploring some of those options to find attire that will work best for the role you are interviewing for. Sometimes a nice pair of jeans (no rips or major stains) and a simple polo/button up shirt is all it takes!
Unfortunately, people will sometimes make the choice to hire someone over another just based on what they see and how they think that will impact their customers.
Set yourself up for success by giving yourself the best opportunity.
