Ha! Thanks for the shout-out! That definitely was my favourite drink for the longest time. I was always cheap though and just used milk or whatever I had. I like your set. 😃👍
Try heavy cream + milk 1:2. Shake, slightly foamy. This gives nice smooth texture. Pure heavy cream tastes for me a bit too rich and fatty. Also I made my own coffee liquer - just awesome taste!
Nice one Dave, I've had them before ofc and think I prefer drinking through the creamy top, with just a swirl at the end for the drain. Then it's time to have another...
I have seen some recipes that put the Vodka in first as you did, but I have also seen others where the coffee liquor goes in first. Obviously this would not matter much if stirring the drink, but how about if you just layer it? Is it best to have the coffee on top of the Vodka, or the Vodka on top of the coffee?
Hello Alex. If you want to layer it. put the coffee liqueur in forst then the vodka and then the heavy cream. Make sure you shake the heavy cream so it expands and floats.
I only ever use your recipe for my White Russian as it’s simple..I would love to know in the film he makes the White Russian using what looks like a powder ?

I don’t use cream but use Baileys or another Irish cream liquor, it takes to another level.
That is a fantastic idea. I will have to try it..
