Yipeee.
If the application works but does not display in the game, then you have to enter the game and turn on the window mode setting and then the tracker appears. I sat on it 40 minutes because I did everything like in the guide from a year ago but it did not work, and here no one mentioned it.
PLEASE HELP, is there any way to have a damage tracker from the begenning of the raid and the end? Like a TOTAL DAMAGE from every single player? Mopi works but when i finish firsr boss it got reseted and start counting damage again but every mob or boss finished it resets again

I don't know if anyone has this issue, but in my ACT the encounters are all together, as if it didn't register that an encounter has finished. I when upload the file to the fflogs, it appears as it should. Does anyone have this same problem?

Desperius how do i get my parser to show full numbers this has been a problem for me i have ember setup fine and everything is working fine but the numbers stay as example DPS above and below it just reads 2.07k 3.47k etc etc i want it how yours is shows overall damage as i keep ramping up plz i need your help making it like yours in the video
You can get a general idea of how much dps you're doing by killing the stone sea sky dummies.. Just google the ''stone sea sky calculator'', select a fight and take the time you had left after killing the dummy.. Not as good as a dps meter, but it's the best you're going to get.
@@GoatOfWarI strutted out of there flexing because I beat the dummy within the timer. I've only got diadochas gear but I have pentamelded. They say little things please little minds lol.
I just started researching this game since it's coming to Xbox but why on earth does it seem like everyone is scared of the all mighty damage meter compared to wow lol. I don't understand the point of max item level if you can't see your power and how you rank.
@@EmperorBellodamage meters are technically against the TOS of FFXIV but as long as you don't talk about it they won't typically ban you. Devs don't want people kicked from party or harassed over the damage done from what I understand

Could I get someone else to share the base ACT folder ? I'm using it for another game but I can't get to download it, my explorer seems to have some sort of malware (not on my pc) which redirects me to haksaigo page or something. I can download different versions for updates but not the base version that you need...
I'm wondering if a parser can be implemented with mobile games. There's a mobile MMO that I'd really really like to deep dive into but the community tool being created aren't that much.. Thank you for the ACT guide!
ACT basicly read a combat file and not the fancy number over mobs head. So ACT need a log file of the combat(Client side) to be able to work. Some game log the party, some game log only your player like in SWTOR and some game dont log combat at all on Client side. If there is a log file. You can technicly do it
Treat this entire thing like a top secret program and you have just signed an NDA. Deny, deny, deny until you die. ACT does not exist when you are playing FF14.
It is not "technically" it is against the TOS. Word of advice: You don't talk about this in-game you risk to get banned. Also, do not stream with it is shown on your screen, people have been banned.
That's what "technically" means, that it is against the rules. You use "technically" in order to say "a lot of players are okay with this, but according to the rules of the game, it's not allowed"

it’s a complex topic, desperius is giving an educated answer here, it is technically against the rules but there is a storied history of tolerance and acceptance of ACT by the devs as they simply don’t want to ban everyone using it while also not being able to allocate the resources to implement the program themselves. so it’s against the rules but if you are not impacting anyone with it it doesn’t do any harm therefore doesn’t require them to act.
FYI, he used technically correctly here. It just means that, even though a lot of folks are okay with this mod, it is against the actual rules of the game.

Clicking on the frame doesn't give the option to change the size, and the bottom right corner makes it disappear. Otherwise everything else is clear.

I actually don't know myself, but it seems to fix a common issue with Network errors

funny thing. one of the lv90 dungeons has sonething of a dps meter. the second boss rates your damage and changes the dialogue accordingly
Do any mmo's have a native built in dps meter? I know WOW doesn't, you need an add-on in that game too.
