Your videos has been extremely helpful. I'm trying to learn everything about Quickbooks now that have not been able to contact my bookkeeper. I meet with my her every January for reconciliation for the previous year. ( I'm relazing now that I shouldn't have made that arrangement) I just found out a few days ago that my Quickbooks account has been inactive due to failure to pay since July 2022, and now at collections. Billing and payment was set up by my bookkeeper, however I have not been able to contact her. Is there a way to update billing information/subscription to myself, if I'm now listed as the master admin? I've been talking to QBO support with no clear resolution. I know I can't be the only one this has happened to. I'm trying to obtain my previous records and continue with the subscription moving forward as the owner. Any insight?Thanks in advance!

Hi. I'm sorry this happened to you. You need to contact QuickBooks Online tech support so that they can make you the Primary Admin on the account.
