Before you made this video I used homemade garlic bread, and combined it with the herbs, cheese, and sauce you suggested for your herb crusted grilled cheese. Genuinely was the best grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever made! Now I’ll have to try this one! Garlic Bread for the win!!!!!
Same with Puerto Ricans, I always add an obscene amount of garlic when making the compound butter for garlic bread grilled cheeses lmao I would recommend a kimchi grilled cheese. I make those all the time, generally using either mozzarella or more often a sharp cheddar since I think that goes well with the sour funky taste of the kimchi.
I make this at home all the time (although I usually just use crushed garlic and butter lol) and he's right, it tastes amazing. You should try it with green chillies, onions, hot sauce and chipotle sauce. (And every now and then I like to grab a side of Doritos) It will legitimately be the best grilled cheese you've ever eaten.

When we were kids, my dad did this, only with provolone. Best thing ever with tomato soup; it's like drinking pizza sauce when you're done dipping. Now I make these for my husband. I'll have to try the muenster and cheddar, though!

I've cooked grilled cheese with butter & garlic salt on the outside & 2 slices of cheese with sliced onions in between the cheese, the onions just add more flavor to it 👌
