I'm very intrigued by that enemy that looks to be absorbing one of the Chaos Emeralds from Sonic. Will that be a boss gimmick or something that happens on every island?

I honestly dont know. It would have been awesome if it was a boss gimmick and you would have to defeat the boss to get your stuff back (kinda like ocarina of time)

Since we saw super sonic, I imagine it’s not an endgame thing as they wouldn’t spoil that so soon. So you might actually get super sonic at different points in the game and then the enemies rip it away from you.

Sonic in the levels seem too slow unlike in unleashed where he could reach crazy speed. The game looks fine to me but I hate the way they make his gameplay the past 10 years

@@user-rg4eu5sb4j That’s the fault of the player. There’s plenty of footage of Sonic reaching crazy speeds because of the customisable control options for speed and acceleration.
