What time should I listen to it? Morning or during the sleep?
I suggest sleep, but you can also try mornings and evenings. I guess you have to try it for a while if you enjoy it and find benefits. One can meditate over it
The two ounces are confusing while trying to repeat and listen. I wish there was only one voice. I like the affirmations
