I don’t find my anise hyssop to spread/self seed. It comes back every spring and mostly behaves in its space.. might need support as it gets taller and windy conditions. I’m going to harvest and dry some of mine today as well, for tea. I’ve currently got 2 mints, lemon verbena, lemon balm, sage and stevia air drying. A few herbs more to harvest and dry still!
Thank you! That's great to know. I was thinking about planting it in 2 locations very near to my garden, in order to bring more pollinators in. I absolutely love lemon balm! I may also say that about many of the herbs I grow 🤣 Happy Gardening
