- Navigating the adult world is confusing and frustrating for any young man. Pete Odera was trying to mark his space in the adult world, build a fledgling career as a minister of God's word, an artiste and find love to last a lifetime. Pete was rejected thrice by women he thought were 'the one.' This dented his confidence seriously and he decided to be done with women. He built up a wall to protect himself from being hurt ever again.
Then love found him, love like he would never have imagined. Love so giving and so pure. This love has transformed him and stayed by his side for more than 2 decades. This is a story of hope, of faith, a story of love.

Pastor Pete Odera's family was rich, imagine in the year 1996 they had a functioning landline phone at their house! I wish he could have talked about his upbringing and how it may have contributed to the series of rejections. God bless you Pastor.
