    What is more important? Is how you genetics impact upon your appetite. If you want to be slim the first thing to do is choose your parents very carefully.

      The takeaway here is exercise will help (1) reduce hunger between meals (2) limit overeating during meals.
      Big 'win-win' for maintaining good body composition and overall health.
