Questions: 1/ Do you recommend the ankle of the standing leg to be extended or flexed? 2/ I also found my standing knee to be a bit sloppy and uncomfortable even though I used a pad there. Would you recommend as many pads as my knee needs? Thank you 🙏
Glad you enjoyed it! #1 both positions of the foot have benefit- explore the joint motions and see what appears. #2 use as much cushion for your standing knee as needed to be comfortable!
