This is a short trailer for the coming video “The Making of Misanthrope” which chronicles how we created it. We’re still editing the 75,000 hours of footage down to 8 seconds so as not to bore you. The full doc will be informative and funny the actual definition of infotainment. This vid is not to be confused with “The Making of Matzah” which is tastier but not nearly as funny or mysterious. I your host Tiresias will be seen in several different hoodies and hats, shaven and unshaven and never ever in tight pants. Only Pandemic Pantalones I called them, they’re soft, loose and never in need of washing. Ok seldom. This video will not be presented in “sniff o vision” for your own protection.

Give us more!!! Please. I believe you have struck a chord with this Misanthrope idea that deserves to be further developed. You could create an entire concept album/musical/movie or what ever you want to call it on this UA-cam platform. You could release it here in chapters eventually completing another album for release later.

What do you mean "Formally of Styx", Dennis?? YOU ARE STYX and STYX IS YOU! I saw you perform in Providence, Rhode Island in the 80's 4 times: Grand Illusion, Pieces of Eight, Paradise Theater, and Mr. Roboto. I've also see you perform as "Dennis DeYoung & the Music of Styx" twice since then. Your voice is powerful, unique, and timeless. And you know what? I have tickets to see you on July 31 in Cranston, RI again. I just hope that it's not cancelled due to COVID! To be able to leave a message here for you is a huge thrill. P.S. The new album is awesome! They don't make music like this anymore. Wait..., yes, they do. :-)
