Just got my Tease SBH-HD in purple burst today and I am amazed at how great it is right out of the box. I have 24 electric guitars, including 7 Gibsons, a Heritage, and an Eastman among others. The neck and fretwork on the Tease is as good as just about anything else I’ve seen. It’s not just a great guitar but a great company to deal with. I’ve not seen such a customer-focused company in quite some time. I will definitely be buying more from them.
I bought one in March, same color. I am very happy with the guitar, no fret sprout, nice unfinished neck. Ceramic pups are fine, the strings that come with the guitar don’t need to be changed, unlike most Amazon guitars.I love the color and especially the price. Great customer service. Do yourself a favor and get one, you won’t be sorry…
Strat guy here. Love the color and the pups sound good, I like ceramic single coils. For $20 more this is a much better choice than the Debut. Good no nonsense review 😎👍
Bone nut is a nice feature. I’m really looking at getting something, this seems like maybe this is a safer option than rolling the dice on a sub $100 Amazon or a monoprice.
I'm a Fender guy and was looking for a telecaster... and I don't personally care for Chinese guitars. Yesterday I was hanging out with Torsten in his basement and he was setting up guitars . I got a black and silver SBH-HD Series T Style TUMMY CUT 13.0K Alnico V Humbucker and a purple of same model ( for someone else) . I DON'T support China BUT, what got me was Torsten and his mindset. Well for the money, I wouldn't have known that this was a guitar made in China. It's got a lot of guitar for the money. I've tried squire and they suck, my hand couldn't slide down the neck....
Ordered an ST1 today in amber burst!👍 Bought the Debut but sent it back. The Debut is ok for what it is but I just couldnt get into it. Looks great tho!
@@JayceAllanGuitar does the debut seem heavier than bullet or sonic? As an older player who plays standing this is a major factor. Lol I have a Monoprice Tele that seems much heavier than my Squier bullet. 😀
Really cool i hear they are trying to SS fret too. Great to see affordable guitars all over now. Lol. Maybe it will teach the Proud Fender Gibson esques to stop the insanity. It wont. Lol
Because...it's BETTER and so is their Quality Control that is like Schecter where they're ALL thoroughly inspected and set up perfectly in the USA before they send it off. Bone nuts and very good pickups too?
@@JayceAllanGuitar it was Fender who confused the words... the older Strats said "Synchronized Tremolo" on the headstocks, so that's "official", now. as for me, i'm like you, mine are either in the case or somewhere else or lost forever.
I completely forgot to mention the coupon code they gave me for $5.00 off. $5.00 off coupon code is: jallan5
I see your site growing quite large with your no nonsense approach. Yours is a breath of fresh air .
Well thank you so much, I appreciate that.

I agree. This one is really good. They knocked it out of the park. How Fender can’t compete with a small independent company is mind blowing.
Are you sure the neck is unfinished meaning both back of neck and fretboard?

I appreciate the comment. Thanks for watching.
lovin that color brotha!
sounds great as well!
I dig it too. Thank you.

Yeah, and you get USA based support, basically when you call or email, you get a response from the owner.

He’s a good guy. Super fun to talk to.
I've played a few Squier's and none of them sucked. I have played some pretty sucky modern day Epiphone's though🔥🚮
How much does she weigh in at
Checked out Tease sight and very interested in….

That’s cool. I think you’ll like the ST-1. A little more bang for the buck than the Debut.
One issue for me is the weight. I believe the Squier is lighter. Am I correct?
They felt about the same to me but I could weigh them both for you.

@@kennyg63 The Squier is 6.5 lbs and the Tease is 6.6 lbs!

I like thinner bodies in fact I wish the Squier was even thinner.

Yes stainless ball end frets on these. Price has gone up about $30-$40 since I got mine. But still a very affordable guitar.
What's the lightest guitar you've ever come across?
This one for sure.
@@JayceAllanGuitar What do you reckon it weighs?
Probably about 5 pounds.
@@JayceAllanGuitar " What" guitar was that, that weighed 5 lbs. What Brand name?
Tease. The guitar in this video. ST-1
It's actually not a tremolo. It's a vibrato, but Leo Fender called the vibratos on his guitars "tremolo", and the tremolo on his amps "vibrato".
Funny, I hadn't heard that until this year, from doing the channel. I always called them "whammy" bars! LOL
So many budget Strats even Fender/Squier has some so why this one?
Why not? The answer to the question “how many guitars do you need” is…”all of them!” 🤣😅😂
You're supposed to watch these review videos to get those answers . . ummm you did watch the video right? 🙃
