Hey Wenzes, I'm 18 and I completely agree with the idea that growth is the best way to live life. Right after highschool I decided to skip the traditional route of going to college and got a full time job and joined the army reserves. After getting a Union job at a 5 star hotel as a busser making over $1000 every paycheck, I felt so accomplished. I received praise from my friends and family but at some point I felt miserable. Even though the money was great and I was receiving all of these benefits it got to the point where I was going to work everyday and was like "I'm in a really good position right now but, what's the point?" I felt so stagnant doing the same thing everyday going to work and not finding any ways I could grow in my position and so I decided to resign. At first I regretted it bc being young I thought I had everything I needed to get by and I threw it all away to chase a dream. Now, I'm going to college to get my bachelor's in architecture, pursuing my career to become a leader and mentor, and received my bartending license to move up and develop my interpersonal skills (I'm socially awkward to the bone). I know realize through this video that giving up my job to grow has been the best decision that I've made and will benefit me in the long run. From one INFJ to another, thank you for helping me realize that my decision wasn't a mistake but an investment for me and my life.
Thank you for this video, being an INFJ I've had a few successful careers and truly open to the next one, I get bored after mastering anything. I truly appreciate what youre providing, lets us know were not alone.
Yes!!! Love this so much. I recently quit my job of 10+ years, I had moved up through management, and thought about owning my own salon, but decided I wanted to pursue my side hobby business full time and I quit my salon job entirely! I was so drained as an INFJ talking to so many people every day, and I do feel reborn now! I saved this video to remind myself that for me, being a little fish in a big sea while growing my business is WAY better than being top dog and bored out of my mind! Thank you 😍😍😍
"Career is a life path, it's not just a job" - Wow, "Disrupt the system"- So resonating. Fellow INFJ here. Your words & knowledge are the best fuel for my mind.
This video is so on point! I was aware that the workforce is changing where fewer ppl are striving to work in one-lifetime careers, but i never really thought abt the fact that careers are disintegrating within a few years as of today! Because i hv so many things i want to do and i love challenging myself to grow in new areas, this video resonates with me and helps to unblock my mind from the old paradigm belief that i need to choose ONE career. I never wanted to settle into ONE career...how boring. I can fcus on one area of service and then shift to another very easily. Im built that way. Thanks so much, Wenzes!
Agreed. I think every infj should be a billionnaire to make the world a better place. you are great and you are helping me a lot. I have options to gorw, but I found that every options needs to be acted as an extrovert to be the topper, which is extremely draining for me. And when I gound that I am doing very good in one option, rest are the options attract me like super magnet. I feel confused. And I am not lying, but I am very good in most of the options. But our life is short. we can't have everything. can you help me with one answer, how should I focus myself.
Hey Sabiha...just think of the option that you think you would bring the most value for others...that's the option I would go for and if you don't know which one it is start trying them out one after the other...the only way to figure out what is the right think is to try out and figure out what isn't. I hope that helps!
This video has calmed my nerves about the future (especially the career path I want to go down) and has motivated me even more to venture into the unknown! Much love for the video!
I am still growing in my job as a teacher, and I look for ways to learn more all the time. I try new ways of reaching my students, and new ways to help others. Thank you for this video! You are confirming what I am already feeling.
YESSSSSS, THIS INTRODUCTION HAS ME SNATCHED!!! This was the laugh I needed today, I just came back from therapy and to see you living it up like this really made my day :)))
INFJ training to become a court reporter/live captioner. If I can stick to it and make it to the other side of training, the money will be good and I can help the deaf and use my income to fund travel and charity.
I was praying before I saw your video on my recommendations tab, thinking about whether to hit send on a resume for an "ok'ish" job... something that would really help right now but truthfully i've been too proud to admit. I really want my business of 9 years to work, but sadly it's time to accept reality. Thank you. I'm still confused and afraid, but you gave me something to work with.
I am so glad that I resigned from my job. :D I start doing the planning for my online business. Very happy. And yes, I may suck at the beginning, but keep on learning will lead me to where I want to be. :D I am learning to be my own evaluator, and NOT let other people to be the authority to run my life, or to judge me whether I am good enough or not. I am my own evaluator, I am my own judge, I live life in my own terms .
I realized for myself a few years ago that I didn’t want to grow more into the profession of my degree, although my surroundings were impressed by which employers I had from time to time. Always growing, I’m slowly but surely walking up my path(s). This year I have got a steady job, for the first time in my life, and although it’s part time it pays the bills, makes me lose weight and gives me the time and space for the more personal projects. Thanks to that, this spring I’ve finally (after a two-year break) re-launched my podcast, found my love for acrylic painting and put up some of my artwork in a local art exhibit. Also, just want to put a note of how much I appreciate your videos. ;) always spot on and insightful, I still have a lot to watch but the ones I’ve seen so far about relationships and boundaries have been particularly helpful for me right now. Your quality stands out as well, compared to other channels about INFJs that I’ve previously watched. Keep up the good work!
Paulina I am so excited for you!!! What you are saying about your how you view your "career" nowadays...that is exactly I would have looked at it..It's so important to understand that a job is just a tool 😀 Thank you so much for your feedback on my videos! I really appreciated it ❤
Do you have some tips on how to overcome indecisiveness? I'm thinking about changing field, but I'm not sure if it's the right decision. This video kind of helped because it encouraged me to think outside the box, and to be willing to take a risk and start over, but at the same time I don't want to trow away all the hard work I've done so far.
Hey Marta...the work is never waisted...all the things you have learned from the job...like perseverance, dealing with pressure and so on you will keep with you...and the main question is: do you want to grow more in the field that you are currently in...do you want to get better at or not? If you don‘t really care then this job isn’t going to lead you anywhere where you want to be.
Good night I so needed to hear this! Being among the unemployed right now is painful, but more so is the regret that I built a career really just playing the martyr. Thank you for your videos, but maybe for me today, especially this one!
You released this video at the opportune moment. I'm getting fed up with my job and their BS and am looking for a career change. I just don't know what I want 😢
that‘s what I was saying: it doesn‘t matter what you choose because it is always just a stepping stone, just choose something that you like better than your current job...that‘s all...once you‘re there you will know more!
I Love this Wenzes! This has helped me more than you know. I've outgrown being a Cosmetologist and currently I've outgrown being a Social Worker. I love coaching and Just helping people and every plan I've made towards my coaching biz only leads me to another unexpected space and place to grow and develop in some way. It's only when I accepted those detours as growth tools that I was able to reap more from the growth and gain more direction than my detailed goals could have given me. Thanks!
Hi Wenzes, I'm not an INFJ but your video's are useful to me. Since my Ni woke up, it's as if a small INFJ voice started to talk to me about personal growth and helping others to grow. I love to recruit talent and to see them grow. It is very rewarding. Also learned a lot from the video's made by Simon Sinek, e.g. "Why leaders eat last" was very inspiring to me!
hey :) I remember you...we have written before! Thanks so much! I love learning from ESTPs aswell! I think especially when it comes to listening to each other we can learn a lot :) Have a great day 😃 hope we talk soon again.
:) True, after a break of many months, you suddenly popped up again with new content. I like the guts you showed by starting for yourself! My favorite moment of the day is a coffee chat with an INFJ. We indeed learn from each other to grow. She's my Ni-Fe guide and I can advise her with Se-Ti. I don't think we would have connected 10 years ago but our paths crossed when we were both ready.
I am definitely going through career road blocks right now but hearing this has ease what I kind of knew but didn’t necessarily put it together. I’ve always thought my career out 5, 10, 20 year plan that will always get me to the next point. However, it hasn’t gone the way it has planned. Lots of detours, success, and failure. I constantly strive for growth and am transitioning out of the military because I believe my growth here is done. I originally planned on doing 20 years in the service. However, I’m so use to thinking of having a concrete plan and “making the right career choice” so I don’t waste time. However, I’ve learn this hasn’t gotten me much except disappointment. I’d love to learn how to take a leap of faith and fall back and learn things all over again. But I guess a little of me is scared to start over/ possibly from the bottom. But after this video, I think that’s right for me and am actually kind of excited to take that leap.
I remember my first job was at Target on sale floor. It was a way for me to force myself to interact with people and knowing how to talk to people and learning how people think. I wanted to use this experience in my career in nursing, which is what I am now. I make a 6 figure income working 40 hrs/wk. I'm the youngest nurse in my company who is also the highest paid. But! I felt I'm having a hard time growing. A lot of my values conflicted with current western medicine as well. My husband thinks I'm crazy for being miserable with where I am, but quite honestly, I'm just not growing anymore. I want to do something different that challenged me to grow as a person. I haven't figured out what yet, but I am exploring new things that I haven't tried before to see what will trigger my interest and if it'll help me grow.
Amazing. You're a boss. I love these videos and this one inspired me to not worry about money, but be excited about it as a tool to grow and help others and myself. Thank you Wenzes :) have a blessed day.
Thank you for your wisdom you are so right, I knew that the internet was a golden opportunity for me to show my creativity and give back to the world. Even though I served I felt unfulfilled and not something I wanted to do. It’s time for action INFJ’s!!!
I want to be a Psychologist as for what type I don't know but deep down I have this intuition that doesn't allow me to think about anything else. It's like I was born to be one and I can't imagine myself doing something else.

Hahaha! That was an awesome impression of every single chic Amalfi Coast UA-cam travel review I've ever seen :-) and I love your message and your energy behind it! I have had a career with many changing roles but always the challenge of a steep learning curve and people to deliver to on the other side. So, I can say confidently that you are guiding us all very well in our quest for fulfilling careers as INFJs. Thks for this vid!
It was this sort of thinking and soul-searching that made me move from Michigan to South Texas many years ago. And since I have lived in South Texas, I've made similar decisions about things I've done down here as well. As a teacher, I'm constantly growing, but am still working on some things to help students more. (Time will tell.) This video gives me more incentive to go on and also believe that it can be done.
I think the hard time I've had is that there's no emotional divide for me with work. Probably an INFJ thing. At work, Money only matters in the sense of it being an indicator of success. At home, it's an indicator of comfort. In other words, I don't care about the Money first, I care about being good only so that the Money may naturally follow. The growth factor you mentioned is important because it keeps us growing, which I realize keeps me from getting bored, and keeps me wanting to be competitive. Seriously... A+ stuff!
Heres an Idea. It would be fun to create a space for fellow INFJs/ Fellow Self Mastery Individuals (who would prob actually be INFJS lol) to meet and discuss topics. Like you could create a weekly chat, that we'd would pay for and we could meet on zoom. So instead of one on one, it would be a group environment. I know that personally recieving support for my struggles has been a lonely endevour. It would be so amazing to talk with like minded people and get support. (I want to erase this now... my knee jerk reaction to judge a great idea but im leaving it!! Ty for your Matrix video. It helped me so much to get out of my head and make a plan. xxoo)
How could any infj work in banking with all its micro violences and structured exploitation ....i would never be able to sleep at night in that industry just crazy
... also find a way to tune out the distractive stuff ... procrastination lurks waiting to suck away all that potential! Sometimes you have to 'run with the wolves' to find one's inner truth.
I’ve been in a job I’ve been really well-suited for for the past 7 years, making way more money than I’ve ever made before. We’re in a dry season - I have a few months before our next big job starts up - so I’m looking for other work now and something to sustain me in the future. This video was timely and encouraging! So true about money = energy, by the way. It allowed me to do things for people so love and people I don’t know, and it feels so good.
1 Timothy 6:10 [10] For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
it really is so helpful......since I'm an infj I always wondered thinking what should I do with my life and when it comes to career I really suck cz up until now I never tried to look through what I really like instead spending time in bunch of idiotic things.as a fellow infj ,I always wanted to have a strong reason to initiate something bt I never had one .as for being adaptable to something new ,trying to adjust and thus learn more from it..........I naver had those in my mind.rather I feel so scared to accept something new.after watching your video ,it makes me wonder that trying something new is not that bad........so ,now I really want to move forward and start working for something that really has so much meaning to me.....thank u anyways .........it really helped me to change my mind for the most part...
Lmao I’ve always said “I don’t care about money” now I want to make money and got a great paying job, but still as an infj I’m hard at work always looking to help 😁
Hi friends! Thanks for watching: Let me know what you think: How does your current career look like and does it give you the opportunity to grow?
H.A. Young Awesome! Let‘s goo!!! Thanks for the subscribtion 😊

I find myself wanting a more fulfilling career or working from home full time.
I left my career because It felt like there was no meaning upon mastering it. So now I’m searching for that (INFJ) internal fulfillment.
yes!!!! 💪 go for it! It‘s your time!

That sounds so awesome Jasmine!!! I am so happy for you!!! Let's grow together in a way that always brings us more energy than it drains us 👍
Wenzes Sounds good! Subscribed 😍
I'm about to do the same thing - leaving a 'good' job of almost 10 years to follow a dream! Terrified and excited!
heliotropicsquirrel go for it 💪💪💪☺️

This video has calmed my nerves about the future (especially the career path I want to go down) and has motivated me even more to venture into the unknown! Much love for the video!
thanks Orla! Always glad when I can be a little push in the right direction! Stay on track! We are gonna motivate each other 💪💪💪
this is one odd infj
Yes she is 😏
I am still growing in my job as a teacher, and I look for ways to learn more all the time. I try new ways of reaching my students, and new ways to help others. Thank you for this video! You are confirming what I am already feeling.
thanks so much Sophie. Glad this video helped as a confirmation 👍😀

I'm in love with your channel. It feels so good to be an INFJ right now.
Ohhh, best Feedback I could hope for 👍
I was praying before I saw your video on my recommendations tab, thinking about whether to hit send on a resume for an "ok'ish" job... something that would really help right now but truthfully i've been too proud to admit. I really want my business of 9 years to work, but sadly it's time to accept reality. Thank you. I'm still confused and afraid, but you gave me something to work with.
Glad I could help...just aim to grow and if you need a job in the meanwhile to keep floating that is fine!!!
Every time I watch your videos I feel so fueled and inspired. I want to thank you for being such a boss ass role model!
Awesome Tayla, that's exactly what I am hoping for 💪👍! Go for it!!!

Don’t get sucked in! Grow, believe, love it!
exactly! Well said Paul! 👍
Do you have some tips on how to overcome indecisiveness? I'm thinking about changing field, but I'm not sure if it's the right decision. no risk, no fun 😉😎
A lot of my values conflicted with current western medicine as well. yeah; listen to intuition! just because it looks good on paper doesn‘t mean that it will make us happy 👍 keep reaching for it 👌💪
Amazing. You're a boss. I love these videos and this one inspired me to not worry about money, but be excited about it as a tool to grow and help others and myself. Thank you Wenzes :) have a blessed day.
Thanks so much your feedback Breanna. Much appriciated ❤😃
Thank you for your wisdom you are so right, I knew that the internet was a golden opportunity for me to show my creativity and give back to the world. Even though I served I felt unfulfilled and not something I wanted to do. It’s time for action INFJ’s!!!
This is the best career advice video I have ever seen! Thank you so much for this Wenzes :)
Now we're mirroring each other's talking points. I knew I was on the right track.
😉
I want to be a Psychologist as for what type I don't know but deep down I have this intuition that doesn't allow me to think about anything else. It's like I was born to be one and I can't imagine myself doing something else.
Great! When you know you know

go for it Linda 👍👍👍 your students are all benefiting from you!
Wenzes; By the way - yesterday i taught a group of kindergartens to draw the littlle bear by the fence and their teacher was delighted. They did well.
Wenzes: And thank you for your encouragement.
Wenzes: Thank you! ❤💙
This video is so bomb 💣💥
It's so fresh you're on fire 🔥
😎 thanks 😁
Excellent video... One of your best! Summed up a lot of things I was thinking but needed to hear.
A+ stuff!
Thanks so much terraemotus84! Yeah, money is just a tool, nothing more or less 😃
thank youuu!!!
It helped me so much to get out of my head and make a plan. xxoo)
Thank you so much for this, this was really good advice!!😍
Thanks for the feedback 😃
This is some of the best advice that I've heard on career path!
So glad to read that Valencia 😊
Wenzes Definitely!!☺
I love this perspective!
I like your newer look, well at least for the time of this video.
Thank you!
Vielen Dank! Das musste ich heute hören!
😊👍
How could any infj work in banking with all its micro violences and structured exploitation ....i would never be able to sleep at night in that industry just crazy
I KNOW RIGHT! Sounds horrific tbh
Just love these career videos
This was confirmation. Thank you!
😊👍
... also find a way to tune out the distractive stuff ... procrastination lurks waiting to suck away all that potential! Sometimes you have to 'run with the wolves' to find one's inner truth.
Exactly! Well said!😃👍
Hi, I’m Ian infj, but I lack , a degree, college was never for me,, what best careers is best, do u recommend ?
I’ve been in a job I’ve been really well-suited for for the past 7 years, making way more money than I’ve ever made before. We’re in a dry season - I have a few months before our next big job starts up - so I’m looking for other work now and something to sustain me in the future. This video was timely and encouraging!
So true about money = energy, by the way. It allowed me to do things for people so love and people I don’t know, and it feels so good.
thanks for the video. it's very helpfull
thanks Anthony! 👍

[10] For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
Loved this video!
Thanks Ari ❤️😀
it really is so helpful......since I'm an infj I always wondered thinking what should I do with my life and when it comes to career I really suck cz up until now I never tried to look through what I really like instead spending time in bunch of idiotic things.as a fellow infj ,I always wanted to have a strong reason to initiate something bt I never had one .as for being adaptable to something new ,trying to adjust and thus learn more from it..........I naver had those in my mind.rather I feel so scared to accept something new.after watching your video ,it makes me wonder that trying something new is not that bad........so ,now I really want to move forward and start working for something that really has so much meaning to me.....thank u anyways .........it really helped me to change my mind for the most part...
thank you so much for the feedbal Fatema! Really glad my work is helpful to you 😊

If you talk less about yourself and more about the topic at hand you will have more subscribers.
