- When I first started my business as a resume writer, customer service professionals were my main clients. I enjoyed helping them communicate their value to help them advance in their customer service career, either via promotion from agent to manager, or transitioning out of the field entirely to something new.
One thing I noticed with most of the customer service professionals I worked with was that they lacked confidence, didn’t feel like they had any value, and would only list a handful of vague statements on their resumes.
I am here to tell ALL my customer service professionals that you have SO much value. You’re literally on the frontline of the company - retaining customers, growing the company’s customer base, rolling out changes and promotions, and more.
