What to Expect: The DEA Academy and Basic Agent Training

The DEA has a "one stop" academy training at Quantico VA. As federal Special Agent training programs go, it is one of the most challenging from a mental standpoint. The material is all passable by anyone selected to attend, but BATs (Basic Agent Trainees) will have to put up with some minor harassment and will have to remain humble and somewhat reserved to thrive.
