Starting a new version of Caramella bag: stacked double crochet and linked double crochet stitches

I'm also showing in this video how to make a stacked double crochet stitch - an alternative to starting a row of double crochet stitches with chain 3, to avoid holes and uneven edge.
I'm also demonstrating the linked double crochet stitch, that creates a denser, more stable fabric than regular double crochet.
