This Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cakes combines three layers of a rich vanilla flavored butter cake with three layers of a cinnamon flavored Streusel. I love how the Streusel turns slightly crunchy when baked, and its grainy texture contrasts nicely with the soft and moist butter cake. You can serve this cake while it's still warm, at room temperature, or even cold. Leftovers can be covered and stored for a few days at room temperature.

Can’t believe that i did this cake exactly as yours, following your instructions letterally. Mixing sour cream with baking soda did a magnificent texture to the cake. I bake for family gathering and everybody got mad about it. Can’t really thank you enough. Very grateful

I just baked this cake...OMG...it’s fantastic!!!! Made it in the tube pan and done in 60 minutes. The flavor is amazing!!! Not overly sweet, just the perfect amount of sugars, super moist and so easy to make!!! I have made many, many of your desserts, and all have been perfection!!! I am a true follower of yours!

I never thought of using sour cream as an ingredient in the cake batter. The more ya know. Btw that cake look really good
Yogourt works fine too, I use it to replace butter or oil in some recipes. You'd have to do an A/B test to notice the difference.

I do prefer the taste and texture of the cake batter recipe used in the cream cheese coffee cake and apple streusel coffee cake so will use that next time. I found this one a little dense and stodgy in the mouth. I would also add a little butter to the streusel topping to help moisten it. Overall, still a nice cake with good flavour.

I want to make a cheesecake with that topping also. Will have to experiment with a baked cheesecake. Have you done this - don't always want fruit toppings in winter when they aren't in season.
How long have you had Carrie now? How old is she? Will she grow to be similar size Baxter was? Or will she be a small dog? Cute and curious about what you are doing in the kitchen. Looking forward to seeing more moments of her in your videos.
With your utensils that you are scooping batter and spreading batter it helps to spray or add butter to the utensil. That way the batter doesn't stick. I do this even with cookie batter.
The cake came out beautiful I'm going to make one of those it would have been nice having the recipe below but it was still easy following your instructions I usually make a cake once or twice a month so yes I will be trying this recipe thanks so much for sharing it the cake looks delicious just saying
