The Puget Sound Tide Comes in Fast!

Wow, look at it go! This movie isn't sped up or anything. The 17 ft tidal difference that day meant that the tide came up about 2 inches during the span of this video.

It's actually, as always at the tideline a good lesson for all. This is at the point of maximum rate of flood tide. Paradoxically, the tide change is minimum at high tide and minimum ebb tide.
