Yikes!! That was a tight reverse, you did a grand job. Great vlog, it’s made me want to head back to France next year!

Caravan Chitchat thankfully the mover was fixed yesterday. Good practice but stress I could do without 😂

We've stayed at Le Soleil for the past 3 years with our 7m motorhome and collect our Swift Challenger 635 in 2 weeks. The idea of pitching up there fills me with dread, what with the narrow lanes and massive trees at each corner...

Thanks for watching. TBH we don't have any issues. They're still better roads that Devon . Yes some of the pitches are tight, but a motor mover comes to the rescue. AWD is even better..

Well done in a tight situation. I would have filled our swear jar quite quickly I think. They are very tight pitches on that site aren't they?

Yep, there was swearing and stress :-) They are tight in that park of the site. At the back there are bigger pitches, most of which get booked up pretty quickly, but until you've been there, you don't know where the big ones are! (Which is why we booked for next year whilst we were there). It's a nice site.

blimey, thats tight. Well played for not breaking anything or arguing. Like I would have. Nothing wrong with using an empty pitch. Any idea whats up with the motor mover ?
    Take care

Dan, there was a certain amount of swearing.. Re the MM, well, it's a long story, but briefly; bought a new Unicorn, from a Bailer dealer. Bailey had an offer on "free mover", which we jump at. Mover broke after about 3 trips. I rang Powrtouch who very helpful, but the serial number didn't match (meant to be a pair i.e. same serial number) and they were somewhat older than the caravan. Think we got single axle mover on a twin axle van, which is a no no. So not "in warranty" Powrtouch contacted the dealer and the dealer has agreed to pay for replacement. All a bit dodgy really and we're not happy to say the least...Today engineer turned up with no movers :-(

Crammed in like sardines there! Not for me thank you. Are all coastal sites like that?

We were unlikely last year. First year on that site and you get allocated a pitch. We were able to pick our own (larger) pitch this year though. Big commercial site guess they get as many in as possible. Some areas are better than others...Thanks for watching 👍🏻
