Tq so mucb for the advice. I ve been looking for this particular solution for so long. Mine is 2001 MRS, hardly driven, even though the batter is still new, if would go flat if I dont start it or rev it at least once in 2 days.. Is it common for 20yr old car like MRS and MX5? and which is better, dry battery or 'wet' battery for cars like these? TQ in advance sir

I have a second project car but where it is theres no electric what's the best way to keep the battery maintained ?
I would probably remove the battery until needed
@@ThrottleDownunder one other thing I have a maintenance charger on my other car I had to disconnect it last night up till now its started any time I tried as I said I took it off last night put it back on tonight started the car and it was like the battery was nearly flat how would it change in such a short period of time
@@maryellis3661 I would recommend chatting to your local mechanic about it. I'm certainly not an expert

where did you get the connector ?
Hi Mary, from memory it came with the charger. But if not youd definitely be able to get it from the store that you buy it. I hope this helps.
It goes all the way to number 8 if you let it sit long enough like a week
