Alison M has to be the best lead of a band Iv seen or heard in a while. Captivated by her. I think she's astonishing. First person to grab my attention and retain that reaction anytime she's heard on a track or seen live. strangely enough Im not a mad fan of jack whites songs, or the white stripes. One or two songs maybe but not enough to replay or use as a reference point. With the dead weather, I can listen to them on repeat, non stop. I honestly adore this band and think they are the absolute tits

I did some research about the dog in the video and here is what I found: The dog is a female and her name is Aquatica and is 5 years old. She was the first dog to be nominated for an MTV music award (Best Kiss category which was won by Tobey McGuire) as well as a Nickelodeon Kids Choice award (Best Actress), which she refused due to conflicts with Nickelodeon's not-so pet friendly work atmosphere. Aquatica is from a rural town in Missouri and left a suburb near St. Louis in search of LA and stardom at the young age of 3. After struggling to find work for a few years and working as a dishwasher at a Hooter's in Los Angeles, she finally found her big break when on a sunny day former The Dead Westher member Jack White noticed that she was the coolest dog he had ever seen. White eventually tried to enter a serious relationship with Aquatica but unfortunately fidelity, honesty, and Aquatica's lack of an English vocabulary prevented them from being successful and taking Aquatica's acting/modeling career to the next level. It was rumored that she was cheating on White with Brian Griffin from the popular show Family Guy, which greatly angered White. The two split in 2014 but both have seem to reconcile their past relationship as White actually wanted Aquatica to star in The Dead Weather's hit song "I Feel Love Every Million Miles". Aquatica received a modest paycheck of $1.2 Million to star as the "Hot Dog" in what Liev Schreiber has called "The greatest and most sexy music video of all time!". Aquatica bought a house on the outskirts of Burbank, CA and enjoys being temporarily retired as she has spends most of her time (since this video's release) chasing squirrels and making celebrity appearances across the nation.

One can feel Jack's presence in here. The drums are not the best in this song, but everything else is awesome. And it is almost palpable that White had a lot to do with the writing of this song.
