- UNBEATEN IN 8 YEARS! An Undefeated full English breakfast challenge in Cardiff Wales called the Titan Full English Breakfast Challenge. This undefeated food challenge had fried eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, sausage, black pudding, toast, fried bread, buttered bread, beans, tomatoes, chips/fries, cheese omelette, and so much more (There were 56 breakfast food items)! We had 1 hour to get the meal for free, otherwise we would be paying the 35gbp challenge at Ramon's. Can we defeated this massive food challenge, will this be our favorite challenge ever? Will this be the best food challenge I've ever attempted?

Beans for breakfast are very common in the UK. They are great on fried bread.
Eggs can either be done on a flat top or in a pan with oil, where you splash the oil over the top of the egg to cook the top without the bottom going crispy and dry.
Beans are also a popular breakfast side dish in Quebec, I really enjoy beans and tomato with my breakfast. My Dad would use the basting method for his eggs. I haven't thought about that in a very long time, thank you for helping me recall forgotten memories of my Dad .

i would love to give this a go i have eaten 2 mega breakfast at the end of my road here in the UK .and that is 4 black pudding 4 eggs 4 sausage 2 tins of beans 4 Ash browns mushrooms tomato and 6 slices of toast so maybe i could do this i don't know would love to try well done joel you are a beast

Growing up poor we ate bread and butter every meal, even breakfast. Cheap, fills you up, and delicious. Even as I'm older with my own family, bread and butter is still a staple on our dinner table 😋

Camping we had pork and beans mixed in with scrambled eggs. My Dad always cooked most of the breakfast when Mom was’t with us. We were kids then. We also had fried taters and onions. Thanks Joel for bring back those wonderful memories,

Eggs are usually cooked in oil. Black pudding is good for lack of iron. Buttered bread is usually a go to quick bite. We also do buttered crisp sandwiches.

A proper full English breakfast is the ultimate hangover cure. Either way it's the most satisfying food you can eat if you're really hungry.

Don't take the black pudding. Basically congeled blood. I can't even watch people eat it - let alone try it. The rest is okay! Sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, toast, fried tomatoes, maybe a hash brown or two. Add garlic and pepper and cream to the beans. Easy to make, unhealthy as fuck, but filling and it lasts you hours and hours.
But of a different English breakfast than what I’m used to seeing. Looked really good. You killed it. I expected that. Lol. Watching from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 🎉

It is but unless you can burn it off only once a month treat but yeah when it's got all the proper ingredients and a big mug of tea to wash it down it's like being in heaven 😁.it was designed for heavy workers who needed loads of calories to burn off

I’m English & beans are very much a staple when it comes to a full English breakfast. Beans on toast is often times had as a quick & easy lunch or super type thing too. It’s all about he beans here lol. Also bread & butter is so common that it surprised me to see Joel was so taken with it. Bread without butter would be really unusual here. I suppose you just take things like that for granted.

That’s a family sized breakfast platter! Thought I have no doubt Joel will finish it solo. I’ve never had black pudding…. dunno if I could stomach it plain. Think I’d have to slap together a egg sandwich and dunk it in beans.

Ever since I spent some time in Ireland beans for breakfast is one of my favorite things. I think most people think they’re going to be liked baked beans, but the beans are in a tomato sauce a completely different animal.

i like how he eats all that food then choose artificial sweetener for his drink LOL..............dont know whre you been eating fried eggs in the UK but we dont deep fry them , they can be cooked in a pan with oil and the oil is splashed over the top to make sure both sides are cooked but its not deep fried like fries would be
I believe the breakfast challenge at Shepperds Farm in Doncaster is larger. Their challenge has all the same items but there's 15 of every item,eggs,sausages,hashbrowns,toast etc., estimated weight is between 16 and 18 lbs.

Actually honestly perfectly.. I'm ever seeing so many mukbanger all over the world's. So not very surprised or shocked me if this man can finished his meal... in whatever condition position And situation...
I usually have coffee, milk and chocolate protein together so it's kinda like an iced mocha in the morning. Before bed I usually have some tea to destress. Also, beans for breakfast is great. I love me some cooked tomatoes too (just quartered/halved) not a big can of the tomatoes that look like they came from a tin lol.

Here in New Zealand beans are eaten for breakfast a lot, so much so that it's a staple for us. And the ones you're eating are called baked beans, baked beans are bomb. Our version of spaghetti is similar to baked beans, same sauce as baked beans same texture as your spaghettios. Spaghetti is also an option for an English breakfast, unless it's not and it's just a New Zealand thing for the spaghetti.. If you ever try em on it's own, you always ALWAYS have to go with Watties Baked Beans, or Watties Spaghetti. Best on toast with real butter.

Nice to see you walk around Caerphilly Castle. It's around 10 minutes from my house so i kind of take it for granted; but it is a spectacular feat of engineering.

This is of course a standard fair for a full English here in the U.K., although the quantity on offer here would likely feed 8! The eggs are fried and love a runny egg! Bread and butter? Now there’s a thing.. it’s difficult to find any bread we like in Florida when on holiday. (Just got back). However Italian bread is nearest. Bread tastes sweet in America and is not to our taste. There are various butters that help give the bread different tastes. I’m not sure about that being the biggest breakfast either. I have seen beard do many breakfasts - I will ask him what he thinks! Really enjoy watching your tour here and well done!

In regards to black pudding/blood sausage, as a very Irish bloke in the states it varies. For me it can be way too salty at times but if it’s not salty and not too dry it’s the best thing I can think of for a proper morning meal.
Coffee? No, not ever. Beans and sausages on toast? You bet! Love em! I've been all over the UK and never seen the eggs deep fried. Black pudding is good if it's a bit spicy. I guess you can add hot sauce. Buttered bread with the sausage inside is good. I like pancakes with maple syrup. Nothing fancy!
