- The VIRAL breakfast sandwich challenge that has been failed over 200 times! Today we are attempting a very famous restaurant food challenge, which is a breakfast sandwich challenge and english breakfast challenge! We are in Bridgend Wales at Megs Grill and Chill taking on "Meg's Monster breakfast challenge". The Great @LeahShutkever & I had 45 minutes to eat the sandwich in order to get it for free and join the few winners of this nearly unbeaten food challenge! The records were held my beardmeatsfood at 13 minutes than Randy Santel with the current record of 10 minutes... Is it even possible to eat this sandwich that quickly, or is it an impossible food challenge? Tune in as we attempt this UK food challenge and Welsh food challenge! The full Welsh / Full English breakfast challenge sandwich had eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms, sausage, black pudding and hashbrowns all served on a 28" tiger bread and cost 23GBP!

it really shows what a true beast Randy is and probably was at his peak. Randy probably ate it at a casual pace like Joel intended to do which would still destroy any average competitive eater trying this challenge. I would love to see a Joel+Beard collab.

Tiger bread is from the Netherlands. In the US it's called Dutch crunch.
Dutch crunch bread, exactly the same thing has been in Canada for 60 years since I've been around!!!

It works very well on a sausage and bacon sandwich mate.. one slice of the bread spread with Colman's Mustard, the other with Ketchup.. lovely 👌 Thank me after you try it! 😊

Brits each a sandwich (or SAMWIDGE) like that for Breakfast? I had a brit friend once on Facebook. I could not keep up about the meal times/terms, there was brekkey, tea, supper, etc., jeez they eat a lot.

not sure I follow. what i saw and heard was Joel wanting to take it more slowly, enjoy the moment, while still beating the old record. Joel is a nice competitor; he knows he can out-eat many records, he likes to give a little room for others to also have an opportunity, and he might come around, again. Joel has a nicer demeanor than most on the competitive eating tour., imho

Hope that you also noticed the new 20 miles per hour speed limit in Wales. Breakfast can be eaten all day in the UK. English mustard is better than wasabi. Leah is a beast.
