Yes, I have made my own batch a time or two. Tasted really refreshing. I should get back into this practice. I never had the fizz run over, is that because of the fruit, I didn’t add fruit to mine 🤔
Tressey, yes. Really ripe fruit with high sugar content will get it quite fizzy. The temperature of the fermenting room matters, too. Cold slows down fermenting. After the initial fizz, it calms down quite a bit. Thanks for watching!
