That coffee video was in 1991 during her state visit. On that trip she went to Texas, the incumbent president, George HW Bush's home state. And continued on to Florida.Her yacht was docked in Florida and she invited the living former US presidents onboard. If my memory serves me well, President and Mrs Reagan and President and Mrs Ford were present.
An amazing woman, a fantastic Monarch.
and yet Reagan was omitted from the Netflix series "The Crown". Tells you all you need to know about Netflix. They obvious have conservatism as seen by the portrayal of Thatcher and the omission of Reagan and Nixon

Ronald Reagan was a wonderful gracious human being. A true leader.
I believe they are incorrect on the Reagan coffee footage. Reagan was not president during that clip. He was former president and the Queen was back in the U.S. for a state dinner with Bush Sr in 1991. Later, the Queen hosted a social event on the Royal ship that was docked in Miami ( I believe) and former presidents Ford and Reagan were guests.

I mean, this lady could’ve at least taken a few minutes to do some additional research. Saying Great Britain instead of the United Kingdom, and referring to Her Majesty as the Queen Mom…just sloppy
But referring to the UK as Great Britain is fine - it’s rather like referring to the US as America. Referring to the Queen as the Queen Mom, however, is plainly inaccurate.
Suggesting that Ronald Reagan was the late Queen's "favourite President" is absolutely incorrect, irresponsible, and bad journalism. No one was privy to the Queen's private thoughts on such matters.
Why is she pronouncing "Brittania" that way?!
