I am the black community and I and many of my friends never heard of or know who Mr. West is. The black community is made up of many different individuals and voices. I am the black community and I and many of my friends never heard of or know who Mr. West is. The black community is made up of many different individuals and voices. As a direct descendant of slaves whom were separated for over 50 years after slavery from day to day contact with whites I never heard my parents, grandparents or great grandparents speak negatively about any race of people. They ended up owning the very land upon which they were slaves in the great state of South Carolina (smile) where the great war started.
