@azgibok: How much do you know about rendering technology? And realism is a complex thing - scene description, tone mapping, lighting simulation, motion... This is a demonstration of a renderer, not a modeling package, not an animation package. Knowing a bit about physically based lighting simulation, I can say it's impressive.

I would say go for mental ray and V-ray. But V-ray is a little way ahead than mental ray.Both are great, download the demo of V-ray,mental ray comes with autodesk products, and give it a shot. V-ray is faster also.But choose one and never look back. Hope it helps.
