You need to invite CLM RACING out of NJ on the podcast for an interview they were the first awd bubble in the 7's and Fernando been the Turbo Godfather for 20 years
I have a NEWFOUND RESPECT for Sonic and Ahmed. Been a sub to their channel for a couple years since their YT beginnings. But I ALWAYS assumed they just came from money or family money. Them being border poor or from Humble beginnings changes EVERYTHING for me. You two some REAL reason ones. 👍🏻🔥

500 hp is fun to have as a daily, especially since you’re most likely not going to come across another 500+hp daily driven car on your way to work or home. I learned this from my personal experience.
Great interview! Im from Stamford but work in NY! Even the sign on I-95 north entering Ct changed to “ home of the nation’s best pizza!” But please don’t kill me, It’s my humble opinion that NY still has the best Pizza!
Great podcast, Good talks, Good guys, with solid experience and ability and a nice long podcast to listen to whilst working on my car - perfection - Great Job Tooks👍🏽
The days of forums. Street fire, tristate tuner, nico, ect it was wild west. I also miss etown strip... Atco gone too. The fact out of town people can speak so fondly of etown days warms my heart. Jersey sucks now
Damn. They brought back history. My uncle (rip) used to take me to etown to watch the drag races. I grew up 30min from there. Took my 82 civic wagon to honda day a few times. Use to want a civic bubble and make it all motor but it was hard not having money to do it.
This is the best episode yet. I’d love to see you guys interview more Honda guys and do more Honda content in general. Hondas are literally the best ever. I wouldn’t even be into cars if it wasn’t for Hondas straight up.
bruh it ain't cheap. Some of us spend equivalent to a oem unmodified valuable sports car. my 8.50 10pt index certified chromoly cage wasn't cheap and it was built by one of the professional drag racer fabricators that knows what should be require to meet NHRA petty safety standards. And then you got rust bucket kicker fb market low baller idiots who thinks their shiet worth is equivalent to it.

This is the podcast we needed. Shootout to NYC but these dudes put it into perspective. Once you lock in a race, dont start with the stipulations. U see a trackhawk, you know they go fast, you see an S2000, you know they go fast. The hesi race was dope, I knew he would lose to the s2000, but when I saw him wheelie during his burnout, I was like oh nah, I got scared for hesi. But shootout to hesi for emboding racing culture and actually racing knowing he prob would lose. And as a honda boy, its dope having these guys remind the young generation that at the end of the day, from the east coast to japan, the civic started street racing, and after decades and decades its still one of the top tier cars for street racing, s2000 basically is a tuned up civic coupe on steriods so dont even try to call me out everyone lol.
The first K-Swap was in to a EM2 around 2004. I think Honda Tuning did a feature on it. I used to chat with the guy on AIM. I was hyped because I had an EM2. You can probably find the posts on Honda Tech.
@DakineMike7 it's been so long that sounds familiar. I used to talk to his buddy, too. His buddy would post a lot of Spoon's blue TSX at the track in Cali. I think his name was Chris. We lost contact after AOL became unpopular.
I stopped watching on my phone just to watch it on the TV cause CT is in the building ! New haven is commenting . I been asking for batman up here . That car he got is a machine !
This was a dope interview. Companies aren’t going to put but so much money into 30 year old cars. That’s probably the wall, add that to the availability of cars left to be built. That’s a hard sell.
