This is not the most ideal of places to be AirBnB, based on my experience. Condos that would be good for AirBnB will be those with sky facilities, good view from the pool, lots of other facilities, close to key attractions/public transportation.
I have the same worry. I'm actually looking for a building or developer who does not allow Airbnb. Airbnb destroyed the very privacy of residential condo buildings. KL should ban Airbnb in private condo buildings like New York City.

Hence, for AirBnB or any owner as a matter of fact (this applies to those who rent out for long term), as long as its regulated, owners are held accountable for any damages that their tenant cause, I'm OK with it. overall design is nice, while the price is also reasonable. I think is better than Axon which is in similar price range and location. It seems to suit young working adults with high income. I am surprised that it is not fully sold yet?
The master bathroom shower area seems a little bit small, you can imagine how inconvenient of the space for a sizeable person to swing back the glass door before going out

Communication box usually are found in higher end developments for bigger layouts. The function is to provide data points to other parts of the house, usually the master bedroom or even the other rooms. For developments without comm. box, the WiFi router is usually installed in the living room, at the TV cabinet. This will be the spot that beams out the WiFi and sometimes, it can barely reach the bedrooms, especially when the doors are closed. With data point at the bedrooms, one can install a WiFi mesh in the bedroom and connect it to the data point. There is no drop in signal quality (speed) and the user will get good speed as per the subscribed package. Example, subscribed Fibre plan is 300Mbps and WiFi speed via the mesh in the bedroom is also 300Mbps. Without data point in the bedroom, it is still possible to install a WiFi mesh but the speed will usually drop significantly. Example, the subscribed Fibre plan is 300Mbps and WiFi via the mesh in the bedroom is maybe only 150Mbps. If without mesh, it'll be worse, maybe the speed will be only 50~100Mbps in the bedroom with 1~2 bar of signal strength.
To be fair, I have seen many condos with extensive landscaping, that has rats. Confident that they would have exterminate it by the time this video went live.
Not easy to do so. Some modifications to the existing kitchen cabinet is required if one would want to put a washer dryer in the studio unit. Basically, need to solve 3 things which is power supply (easy), water inlet (hard) and water outlet (hard). Certainly need to ask the landlord/owner to get the necessary renovation/modification works done.
