and are the walls and ground thin like a caravan? for sound and damp
we balance the wall thickness for insulation and sqm lost space, however they are far more sound insulated than a caravan, possibly just slightly less that a traditional building house.
I have this restrictive covenants in my title deeds; Not to erect on property anything other than detached or semi detached private dwellings having a maximum of two and a half storey (the additional half storey provide accommodation in the roof space) this if from the rear garden land which was sold. Does this mean I can’t have a garden house ?
It normally means you can’t with out getting it granted by whoever has the rights of the covenant. Quite often when they see the intentions , it is permitted as a one off . Lots of new buildings estates have these , and quite often can get agreement. 👍

what is the height of this construction?
2490mm over including the base, to keep it within Permitted development

split legal that was sapost to be..6 meters hight...I would love to see that height compared to me and a sixfoot young man..it woul be considered a holiday home also...i would be interested in tub.being seperat but u can have open and closed in winter...ah God this is my inheratence...I'm I'm excited..
