This awesome project has been over 2 years in the making. When I met the client, his contemporary house was just starting to be built and he wanted a summerhouse to add to the property that was in keeping and fully integrated. We colour matched the building used identical doors and windows, plus working along side the housebuilders we integrated , lighting, heating, tv and music with the house. Ref 5629

Nice building but I really don't understand why someone would want to spend so much just for a room to sit around in? and silly cupboards but no place to put a hob or fridge extra! what can I say
Do you normally fit guttering on these Garden Rooms or not? For example I have a tight area I want to squeeze one in but wondered how I would deal with the guttering?
Joe Taylor absolutely, we need to manage the water lost of ways of doing this, with French drain, pit drain or bring to the front for water butt . We will always find the right solution for each project
FYI we can fit from the roof.
