Seeing you so happy surely warms the heart Kelly, it's very inspiring to watch these accomplishments that are true victories for us with vestibular/balance disorders. Maybe someday I'll be back behind the wheel too. Thank you for sharing, have a great week!
Yes, they really are huge victories for us. Its hard to understand how huge driving is until you are unable to do it and have to rely on other methods of transportation and other people. I hope you will be able to get back driving again someday.
Sorry I meant to finish my comment but my mom was calling me anyways it’s so refreshing to see you so thankful for the little things in life because so many people take it for granted and even though you have every right to be sad depressed mad angry you have this ability to be like no I’m going to be happy in this moment for these minutes and I’m gonna celebrate me driving or dancing or doing whatever and I just think that’s so beautiful I wish I could be like You
Your comment touched my heart Emily. This way of thinking nad being definitely took years of practice. I didn't always have this perspective. It is like a muscle I have had to work on and develop over time. And I still feel sad adn depressed and angry at times. I just try to make sure I also am happy and thankful.
Kelly so proud of you! It could not have been easy to get back behind the wheel. Thanks to your wonderful mother. So glad you have her. Love your glowing face when you were about to tell us your exciting news. So very happy for you! God is so very good! ❤🤗& 🙏
My mom is such an encouragement to me. You can hear her in the videos how much she supports me and I am veyr thankful for her help and her celebration wiht me at each step of the way - no matter how small. Thank you for being happy with me! I had been looking forward to this for such a long time!
I'm so proud of how far you've come! What an incredible, painful journey you've been on, and you've handled it with so much courage and positivity. I pray that you see more and more improvements in the near future!
