Just want to thank everyone for the kind comments. Christopher did an amazing job. It’s always scary to let someone have total control over your hair. I had to remind myself that it will grow and I can color it. But, I would never even consider going back to the old color. Thank you Christopher. He is the best!
Just like you, I had brown hair my whole life until I decided to let my grey grow out when I turned 50. I never thought of going blonde either. I just kept adding lighter and lighter highlights until it was all grown out. I love it!

I’ll be 70 next year and had hip length hair. The color was brassy and funky. The ends were dead, and I was sick of it all. After 30 years of coloring and cutting my own hair, I went to a professional. My only request was that I would be able to put it up! She gave me three long layers and my wavy hair turned into bouncy, beautiful curls and so much fullness it shocked me! It is more difficult to put up, so I may let it grow a tad longer. The longest layers are at my shoulder blades. Christopher saw what would brighten you up and add fullness to face instead of drawing it down. It turned out beautiful!😍

She looks great. I also like how you mentioned bronzer in front of the hairline. I have that issue too of where the white/gray comes in at the hairline, I look like I have a tiny bald spot. I have med/fair skin, so that makes so much sense!
As someone with white (gray, silver, whatever) hair, I would be transparent without my brows, eye liner, and bronzer!

She looks amazing! My mom was a brunette and started home coloring over the grays at around 40. Dark and kinda lifeless. She went blonde at about 50 and we all loved it. Matched her golden skin. When she went gray, then white, the transition was seamless. Great job Christopher and team ❤

Definitely the lighter color (blonde) made her eyes & her face pop. As she grays, people will notice her beautiful eyes and face more and more. It took 20 years off her looks.
As women age, their facial coloring gets lighter. When women dye their hair to be the color it was in their earlier days, all people notice is their dyed hair...it drowns out their faces.
Christopher knows this. Glad she trusted him!

It's the "Right Blonde" tone. It doesn't wash her out, it Brightens up her look! I wish she had done the "Full makeover" as she would have gotten makeup tips for mature women that she probably doesn't know about.
Dark hair ages us. It's harsh on a softening face. This colour is stunning! The cut is fabukous

She looks prettier now than when she was young. Age gives us more character in our appearance. Perfect color for her. She looked a bit pale before her makeover. Beautiful!
You have amazing features and a youthful personality. Now that it is light, try going with your natural color. I can imagine the striking silver with your beautiful eyes. The first time I tried going gray I was about 58 and was disappointed it wasn’t more gray! There wasn’t enough contrast and was dull, so I went for low and highlights. Loved it. Then after a few years I tried again. More gray, much better, and growing out the low and highlights made for an easy transition.

I really like this hair style. It's more than that, I'm really inspired to put up with the outgrown hair to get that haircut. I've stopped coloring and trying to control the natural variances in my gray with shampoos. Thank you for giving me a plan to have something to look forward to at 70.

I understand, though, when your whole youth was spent in chestnut and hazel shades, how one might initially feel “ghostly” as a very fair blonde.
