That “you begin to make me look like a moron” around 9:45 is maybe the most showbizzy moment for which I’ve seen David Mitchell break concentration. He often gets performatively frustrated but I reckon that was the most genuinely angry I’ve ever seen him on telly.

A shame this series didn't take off, I quite enjoyed it. I wonder if expense of making it factors in, and if so how they can cut costs somehow to make them more likely to last at least a few years.
6:12 Reminds me of when Sacha Baron Cohen played Bruno in his tv show back in the early 2000s where he blatantly made fun of people from the fashion industry, right to their face, and they didn't realize it!

I actually quite liked this show, although it was a bit weak and thin on content. Its just that there are so many damn panel comedy shows, and the comedians are trying too hard because I think they know the show is a touch boring.
Satyasya Satyasya It definitely needed some fine tuning, but it wasn’t anything that couldn’t have been fixed given time. WILTY, Cats does Countdown, QI are all different to their earliest seasons and that’s because they figured out what worked and what didn’t. The format of this show really isn't working imo and the only thing keeping it together was just the panel being funny. And Richard while he is great and funny and I like him a lot, I felt that he is not particular suited to be a team captain because his style isn't very collaborative. He is great in small doses and I thought how he played off with Jimmy Carr in episode 1 was really brilliant, but there were some rather weak episodes as well.
