I really hate to say this, but you installed the lower arms incorrectly. The rubber bushing goes in the body side. The flex joint goes at the axle side with the offset dogleg set on the bottom. Not criticizing, but you may want to switch them around.

Thanks man, I wasn't sure when I installed them. I didn't have any directions. I appreciate the input, and I'll get them set up correctly!

Had the sane problem. Bought a $30 electric sawzall from Harbor Freight. Still took 20 minutes to cut

look into somthing called "fluid film" for the under coating. its the only way to go in my opinion with my 20 years experience working on everything.

@spiguyversgarage9452, This is off topic but which carbon fiber wrap did you just purchase for your Supra if you mind sharing? I’m also thinking of wrapping my roof. It looks really good! Appreciate it

Your lowers we’re not stock, and had been replaced. Obviously without anti-Sieze…. New ones should have antisieze on threads on adjuster and inside bushing hole.

Every problem, then get creative and imagine problems that can’t possibly exist, and they do!
