Janice Studies I use Momentum more. It is so lovely and calm when you see the beautiful messages that motivates you more. Also I like the background images and how you can see the hour and climate❤️🍃
I use onetab. It's extremely helpful for putting all my tabs in one place especially when I'm doing a research paper.
I love using momentum and it's my personal favourite extension. I love those motivating quotes and mantras it displays. I definitely recommend it to everyone out here.
Workona :workplace manager , The Great Suspender :to low your browser ram, Pocket: save anything to read later , Extensity : to enable\disable extensions.
Definitely OneTab, so useful :)
1. Momentum (replaces chrome dashboard) 0:15
2. Dualless (splits screen without having to do it manually) 1:05
3. Visor (reading aid and screen dimmer (lets you only see a few lines at a time while reading so you dont skip anything important and stuff like that) 1:39
4. AlphaText (allows you to change the font, font size, background color, etc on a website) 2:03
5. MercuryReader (removes all unimportant links and photos, allowing you to read what is important. also allows for limited text customization ) 2:31
Thank you so much for these useful chrome extensions, they aren't just for the aesthetic.
thanks
"Useful Chrome extensions for productivity"
me using dualless to watch Netflix and work: well-
Task failed successfully
@@regann7227 hahahhahhahaha
💫close enough💫
i mean...otherwise you'd probably just watch netflix so it's not completely bad
literally me XD
i like how she showed extensions that would actually be useful for effective work as opposed to extensions used just for the aesthetic
강예솔 exactly I found all of these to be extremely helpful and I think I'll be downloading at least 3 of them
Isn’t that the point?
Nalynn Sansaneeyawet yes, but my point is that other study youtubers focus on aesthetic extensions rather than effective ones
THANK YOU
Yesss
Your voice is so relaxing I could listen to it for hours
So true....

I'm going back to college at 26, I've never once tried in school. No notes, studying, anything. Hopefully no more. Thank you so much, Janice. This is all very helpful. I had no idea where to start before watching some of your videos.
Congratulations, I hope you stay motivated :)
I wish you the best! You can do it!
Congratulations! Wishing you the best in your journey!
Just had my first week and thank goodness for Janice. Thanks for the notion template 😭😭😭😭
B R if you’re going back for some sort of college degree and you know you’ll be doing research projects/papers get to know your librarians! One of their primary jobs is to help you learn how to effectively locate credible information using the library’s databases but a lot of students don’t realize librarians can help
I am definitely adding these! During classes I find myself forgetting to turn most of my work in and I just really need myself organised and i'm beyond thankful I came across your page!
@TwentyFive oh ddg is better,
Thank you so much for some of these I have ADHD and find it hard to focus when the page is cluttered on articles so these will help me sooo much! Thanks as always ❤️
Hi, I love to watch your videos and you inspire me to work harder in school everyday (especially because its all online right now) Thank You!
The Animal Crossing Wild World music in the background made my day😊 also, great video!
I’ve been searching the comments to find somebody who noticed the music 😂
@@jadeoreilly2711 I was too! So I decided to comment when I couldn't find one 🤣
What is Animal crossing??
how did you even hear the song? I can only hear her voice
@@gsjdndnndns1818 it's a game on Nintendo; you can look it up if you want
I admit I find myself rewatching all your videos like a marathon 🙌🏾💯💜👑😍 So much I did not know and this information is very helpful! Thank you!
I love your channel so much, it makes me actually want to be productive. Thank you ❤️.
i was very into studytube a few months ago. But now i actually just follow you and other 2. But you are my favorite, cus really do usefull things and do short video.
Thank u!!!
To the person who is reading this, don’t give up on your UA-cam channel. Keep going it’s going to get better
Your voice is so soothing, I can’t stop watching your videos!
This is such a good video!💖 For users Windows: there’s the function of dualless. In a tab, press windows + left and other tab press windows + right ;) well done!
UA-cam is actually doing a good job putting these kinds of videos in my recommendation list
For me)
2. Dualless 1:00
Prevent frustrating between two screen
3. Visor 1:30
Focus on the sentence
4. Alphatext 2:00
Change text font, background•••
5. Mercuryreader
Similar with Safari read mode
I just started on a new study a few weeks ago and I really needed this
Hi Janice! Thank you for your help! Students in Brazil love it, your video helps us a lot here 💓
i love how short and straight to the point this video is. thank you i will try these soon!
I’m loving the consistent uploads!! Congrats again on your preceptorship placement :D
this video is actually really helpful and is actually useful for effective work ! the ones with aes extensions are also useful sometimes ... but this actually helped me especially for the visor extension since my eyes are really sensitive to the light and it could case diseases later on
for the second extension (for windows users) you can just click on window key + left/right arrow key to open apps/windows to have it displayed both at the same time.
this is super helpful tysm!!! and there are no useless info as such, gr8 content, pls keep up the good work 🙌
One of the best video you have ever made 👌🏻 love your content 😀
This is very helpful for me. I didn't know this . Thank you so much Janice dear
i love how this was straight to the point and extremely useful. this video is great!
My favorite chrome extension is duplicate tab shortcut. I have to use multiple of the same chrome page for school and my job so being able to easily duplicate tabs with the press of a button has been really helpful.
As for the split screen shortcut, just drag the middle of the top bar of whatever you're using to the border of your monitor and windows will auto split screen it and let you select what other program you want on the other half. You can also put it in a corner to have it take up 1/4 of the screen. And if you want to change from 50/50 just drag the border between your two programs and it'll resize both together
Alternatively, you can hold alt and then press tab to switch between windows more easily and ctrl+tab to switch between chrome tabs more easily. I don't even use my mouse to access tabs/programs anymore it's so much faster to just press 2 buttons. (Add shift to the command to go left)
SO HELPFUL. Thank you so much for this!
I love this video! Except we get school chrome books and the administrators like to block 99% of the extensions :( I did install dualless and it changed my life!
added visor and alphatext. As someone who has dyslexia I always having a hard time when reading so many passage (as i kept just returning back to the previous line). I can see visor and alphatext as a big help
man i’ve been loving ur videos! 🥺
Your voice is stupid soothing and the video is really helpful. You just gained another subscriber
to be honest, this will actually help me with online school so thank you so much! ❤️
Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing!! Really enjoying the Momentum extension.
3 and 5 are literally life changing for me!! Thank you so much!!
always love a well condensed productivity video!❤️
me on youtube preparing for online school👁👄👁
me who started on march: 👁👄👁
lol
I prefer to replace momentum with MOKNOW New Tab. It can display my frequently used websites, weather, and todo in a wonderful way. I especially like its unique standby page. Maybe you should add it to your list, because it is really the most useful!
These are so helpful thank you so much!! The dual one and visor will save my life thank you!!
i use speechify and liner. speechify is a tts extension that reads articles and i think books, you can choose the voice and speed. liner is a research aid
im only halfway through this video and i already find this so helpful. thank you!
tip for Mac users, if you want to split the screen for any app, you can hover your mouse over the green dot in the top left corner and it'll give you screen splitting options as well.
Thankyou for telling me about momentum
I have been trying to find that extension for YEARS and could not remember the name
Tysm! Im going to the secondary in 5 days and im getting a laptop! Im gonna use these! Tysm
THANK YOU!!! You really made my life in chrome easier
hey i love the hammond funko pop!
Omg thankyou, im having my exams, in a few days and these are perfect for my preparation!
your voice is so soothing
Do one for Firefox too please, also extremely thoughtful video :)
really enjoyed this video, and super helpful!!!
amazing video! I'll be downloading and using all of them, these are super useful and I've never heard about them elsewhere before :) (besides momentum)
Thanks babe 💞 your video are always helpful! x keep shining :)
Kami is nice too for highlighting PDFs and textbooks. 💙

This video is so helpful! thanks💖
Hey Thanx much Janice.... I'm in love with momentum 😭❤️
This is the most amazing video ever
the dualless helped me
thx
These are amazing extensions for school, i just bought my chrome book for school thank you so much !!!
chromebooks are so badddd
Sasha Polienko how ?
@@chianwilson2489 sorry not bad its just that everything that u can do on a Chromebook u can do on ur phone but if all you need it for is to browse the web and useit for research then go ahead because there isn't much it can do
Sasha Polienko I really do appreciate the information and I’ll take that into consideration thank you
@@chianwilson2489 no problem man i dont have anything against them is just theres better options against them but picking up a windows laptop will be a better option for example this one itts not too expensive has some good specs for school work and light gaming and has tons more features also has an hdmi port if u wanna connect to a bigger screen

I watched this just for the relaxing voice...
same bud
i will give these a try, thank you!
Thous was genuinely very helpful. Tysm
BEELINE READER!! as a student with adhd, it’s so so so so helpful, it basically changes all online text to gradually change colors so it’s easier to read and jump from line to line. i’m explaining it badly but pls get it
thank you so so much!!! this really helped me
Got this video from my recommendations, thank you so much for sharing. Will try these out!
On Safari, you can just click reader view to declutter everything as well :)
Very Aesthetic!!!✨
My suggestions
Liner : helps to highlight text and only shows relevent results regarding your search , you can also mark UA-cam time stamps with liner
Tide : Nature sounds and pomodoro timer
Google dictionary : search the meaning of a word right away
Grammarly : I don't need to tell
I downloaded two of them. Thank you so much!
I tried to get these on my school issued computer and they’re all blocked...
Lol u obvs would'nt be able to do it on a school laptop
notify the school and talk to the IT team. make a persuasive letter and/or campaign to show the school that this would be to the benefit for all the students if they were to unblock these extensions and to help w distance learning. ik it can suck for you not to be able to do it, but if you really feel strongly that this could help you better your learning experience as a student and possibly benefit educators in your school. try to do something if you really want it. :) good luck
ooof youre coming out with great videos recently! Good job! :)
dualiss and visor is the most helpfull for me :D
Your thumbnail so pretty 🥰
thankyou so much for the information!
Loving the extensions they are really helping alot
wow thank you for this video!!!!
Thanks about the apps, that is so good!!!
momentum is my favourite
Google chrome's extension was so butiful and helpful...wow....
I REALLY RECOMMEND this Google Extension "Dark Reader". It can change fonts of websites and set it to "dark mode" (you can also adjust brightness contrast etc.)
Rn I changed the font to "Handlee" (a handwriting-like font I downloaded ages ago) and now the letters I visit looks like handwriting as if I'm studying lmao
It's so cool, I love the extensions.
This was very helpful ty :)
Thank you so much! These are great, very helpful:)
Omg it's actually very useful!!! Thank youuu T----T
for non-macbook users, instead of installing the second extension, simply press and hold on the windows key and use ur arrow keys to split ur screens! (windows 10 and up, i think)
these actually seem very helpful, thanks!
Great content! x
dont need dualless, windows has a feature that when you do win + arrowkeys (left or right) for side-to-side view (note you have to make the other one another app like one is at google 1 and the other one is at google 2)
U can try the Human Auto Typer of Undetectable AI to make your copy paste context into manually typed
Thanks you haved hel me on my school! :D
I recomend weava highlighter for ur research
wow these are all really great thanks perfect for online classes this sem
I . . . needed this before I graduated. Damn, this is a lifesaver though! I'mma use for work too
thank you so much for this
