Loved your book, love your "Bites". I play a number of instruments (currently working on lever harp) and I find the same principles work with all the instruments I play. While I do have to train my hands for good form, per the instrument I am learning, primarily it's a "head game". If you think you can, or you think you can't, either way you are right (attributed to Henry Ford). Thanks for the help, Josh, you've made my musical journey more productive, more enjoyable, and a lot less frustrating. As a senior learner of almost 70 years of age, your research and explanations of how the brain learns has made a huge difference in what I'm willing to attempt and what I am able to accomplish. Keep up the good work; you are greatly appreciated!
Thank you Josh, I needed this steering right now. Been playing for two years now, am not bad but get frustrated by not being as good as I expect to be. I will bear this in all in mind,
Thanks for this. Interesting analogies in that I am a Black Belt and have been a weight lifter for 45 years. Everything you said makes sense. I'm planning on retiring early next year and have promised myself that I will sign up for your course then, but perhaps I won't wait. I took banjo lessons in the early '90s but gave them up when I took up martial arts. I'd like to start playing again but I'm not sure where to start. I'm going to take a closer look at your program. Really good Brainjo Bite!

Thanks James!
If you really want to succeed, you will find a way. If you don't, you will find an excuse.
