Ever since I found Ren since the premiere of Hi Ren I've made great strides in my mental health. The man gave me a way to look differently upon myself and my past struggles. It's because of him I truly understand what it the phrase "It's ok to not be ok." means. The man truly saved my life. I'm glad he's able to help people this way because pills and therapy were not it for me.

I've come to understand that sometimes you need to cry, but that you can cry for yourself, or you can cry with empathy. Ren just drags the pain out of you and lays it bare. Hes broken me so many times but each time i come out a better person.
@bazm2024 I think some of the sheer magic from Ren is that he allows us to cry for ourselves and with empathy, but also he enables us to treat ourselves with that same empathy. How many times have we cried for others but treated ourselves harshly? It is such a gift

41 yr old blue collar worker. Much of Rens work is cathartic and every time I watch Im bound to tear up. Some of the most unexpected (to me) reactors have become my favorite Ren reactors because we can all see that his music truly speaks to you as it does us. After all, none of us want to be alone with these kinds of emotions. I suggest Crutch by Ren ft Bibi. but be prepared, it seems to be a very tough time in Ren's life, capturing the desperation in his spiral down his misdiagnosed path.
You are a beautiful strong woman and there is nothing wrong with expressing emotions. Ren is amazing at connecting people with their inner emotions and troubles, this is why so many of us love him, he is real and bares his soul to the world in such a heartfelt and genuine manner.

This reaction made me want to hug you. And I can tell that those songs are helping you open up a little bit more and more. They are really cathartic and help us all cope with our own struggles. Ren did it for me many times now and was able to channel my bottled up feelings from the inside once again, let them all out. It was wonderful to be able to do that again and no pill and no therapist could have done that better. It is about facing your own struggles and not constantly just running away from them, because they always will get to you eventually. So facing them head on, go through it and get healthier in the process is so vital for our own evolution as a person. Long story short: Once again I am grateful that you let us be a part of your emotional world, it is not taken for granted, it never should be.

I think some of the communities were already formed probably thanks to the pandemic, but a lot more have popped up recently that are just about being there for each other, sharing the good and the bad, and many of them are because Ren encourages that openness. I subbed to your twitch the other day and told you that your Ren reactions drove me there. Isn't it amazing that we have this little community here of so many different people from so many different walks of life and so many different viewpoints but we can all come together and relate to something this beautiful. Well we are here on this planet to have a human experience and FEEL everything as part of soul growth and releasing past traumas. I really want to know what makeup products you use because you consistently still look fabulous even crying! I would look like a racoon as soon as a single tear fell! It takes practice to stop apologizing for existing, I still do it and I'm in my 30's, but GO YOU for catching yourself. I find it refreshing when I see I'm not the only one who gets emotional over Ren's music, I keep tissues by me every time I am going to listen to a new Ren song. Many hide their emotions cos they don’t want to be judged, but seeing you really feel the music and allowing it to come out in your tears is a beautiful thing to see. Amazing reaction Ash just like you said music is way to express ourselves and its like a virtual hug. When Ren says "little by little bit by bit I push it back down with a new habit..." it always reminds me that I used to push everything I had going in life and in my head by creating a new habit or addiction i uses to smoke a lot of cigarettes and vapes. Then I moved on to alcohol and that's when everything got worse because it's a bad habit a bad addiction. I actually found out from my grandparents that addictions run in my family. Even when I stop all of it and I fight it off. I somehow end up drinking or smoking again. I keep pushing it down with a new habit.

Huge hugs from here in the UK. Ren touches so many of us, especially those of us living with mental health issues. It's ok to cry. I do it a lot. I do it every time I hear one of Ren's songs. It shows we are in touch with our emotions. It shows we do care, especially about what matters. It's ok to take that medication to help us. If you cut your finger, you put a plaster on it. So think of those tablets as a bandaid for the mind. You are strong. You are a good person. This is sent with love and hugs 🥰x
I dont think this man know how much hes changed my life, i was in a very dark place since i was 6 from truma/abuse and planning the end (now 29) and when i frist saw "hi ren" it hit me so hard. that few months ago i started to go see a therapist and started to feel alittle hope, i dont think he will know how much his words meant to me and my own struggles when am feeling like sinking back into that dark place, i come find his songs and see other peoples reactions to know am not alone in what i feel. so thank you for your reaction Slashley.

Someone’s got it hard
I think the biggest thing that I’ve noticed with Ren’s music and people reacting to it is that it has seemed to open up people’s emotions for everyone to see. It’s actually affecting people at their core. It’s making everyone vulnerable and it’s been beautiful to watch in what has become a cold world. Your reactions have been heartfelt and beautiful. Thank you for showing that side of yourself and hopefully it’s all helping you too 🖤🖤🖤

What a great insight. I feel the same but never really expressed it to anyone, even myself. You're so right though. He makes people vulnerable and people need it so badly

Ever since I found Ren since the premiere of Hi Ren I've made great strides in my mental health. The man gave me a way to look differently upon myself and my past struggles. It's because of him I truly understand what it the phrase "It's ok to not be ok." means. The man truly saved my life. I'm glad he's able to help people this way because pills and therapy were not it for me.

I've come to understand that sometimes you need to cry, but that you can cry for yourself, or you can cry with empathy. Ren just drags the pain out of you and lays it bare. Hes broken me so many times but each time i come out a better person.
@bazm2024 I think some of the sheer magic from Ren is that he allows us to cry for ourselves and with empathy, but also he enables us to treat ourselves with that same empathy. How many times have we cried for others but treated ourselves harshly? It is such a gift

Some of the most unexpected (to me) reactors have become my favorite Ren reactors because we can all see that his music truly speaks to you as it does us. After all, none of us want to be alone with these kinds of emotions.
I suggest Crutch by Ren ft Bibi. but be prepared, it seems to be a very tough time in Ren's life, capturing the desperation in his spiral down his misdiagnosed path.
You are a beautiful strong woman and there is nothing wrong with expressing emotions. Ren is amazing at connecting people with their inner emotions and troubles, this is why so many of us love him, he is real and bares his soul to the world in such a heartfelt and genuine manner.
A good cry is needed now and then. Chinchilla is a powerhouse of a performer just waiting to explode. I've listened to her performing 'fingers' live for hunger tv so many times this past week. Ren and his friends are all super talented. Keep the good around you.

This reaction made me want to hug you. And I can tell that those songs are helping you open up a little bit more and more. They are really cathartic and help us all cope with our own struggles. Ren did it for me many times now and was able to channel my bottled up feelings from the inside once again, let them all out. It was wonderful to be able to do that again and no pill and no therapist could have done that better. It is about facing your own struggles and not constantly just running away from them, because they always will get to you eventually. So facing them head on, go through it and get healthier in the process is so vital for our own evolution as a person. Long story short: Once again I am grateful that you let us be a part of your emotional world, it is not taken for granted, it never should be.
Can I take this a step further? His music & the reaction channels that are really promoting him have really opened up communities of people who are so willing to share their own stories & who are all trying to lift each other up... It's a beautiful thing! ❤

I think some of the communities were already formed probably thanks to the pandemic, but a lot more have popped up recently that are just about being there for each other, sharing the good and the bad, and many of them are because Ren encourages that openness. speaking about it helps let it out girl music, lyrics help don't be afraid to show emotions. am a guy from Scotland who was always told you don't cry. as I've aged i find some singers some songs smash you in the feels and i don't hold back as i find a sense of relief showing emotions. your a stronger person for it cos if you keep your emotions in they will eat at you. stay strong just be you and at some point it'll all come together and be so worth it. respect keep on keeping on❤

I subbed to your twitch the other day and told you that your Ren reactions drove me there. Isn't it amazing that we have this little community here of so many different people from so many different walks of life and so many different viewpoints but we can all come together and relate to something this beautiful. Thank you for being okay showing your vulnerability. It allows others to feel the same emotions, and sometimes isn't that what we're after? A way to let these feelings out? I can never thank Ren enough for the sountrack he's given the world. I get so fucking proud of the guy. And you know what, you're creating too. So I'm also so fucking proud of you. Well we are here on this planet to have a human experience and FEEL everything as part of soul growth and releasing past traumas. When we stumble across A Ren song with raw human emotion we get triggered and stuff bubbles up. This is a great thing and so beneficial for our work and connection with our true self. ❤

It takes practice to stop apologizing for existing, I still do it and I'm in my 30's, but GO YOU for catching yourself. I find it refreshing when I see I'm not the only one who gets emotional over Ren's music, I keep tissues by me every time I am going to listen to a new Ren song. It's kind of one of his superpowers and I'm finding Chinchilla has the same effect on me.

It’s so beautiful to see someone so raw on UA-cam. Many hide their emotions cos they don’t want to be judged, but seeing you really feel the music and allowing it to come out in your tears is a beautiful thing to see. I’m not saying I enjoy seeing people cry, that’s not what I’m saying at all. I’m saying it’s nice to see someone real. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for many years now and it is the worst thing to try and cope with. But knowing I’m not alone by watching your reactions is comforting x

In the 2000s there was a group therapy practice where you would lay on the ground and have another patient draw your outline on white paper. Then you would fill in that outline with your thoughts and dreams. 😢

Amazing reaction Ash just like you said music is way to express ourselves and its like a virtual hug. When Ren says "little by little bit by bit I push it back down with a new habit..." it always reminds me that I used to push everything I had going in life and in my head by creating a new habit or addiction i uses to smoke a lot of cigarettes and vapes. Then I moved on to alcohol and that's when everything got worse because it's a bad habit a bad addiction. I actually found out from my grandparents that addictions run in my family. Even when I stop all of it and I fight it off. I somehow end up drinking or smoking again. I keep pushing it down with a new habit.

Ren is therapeutic on some of his songs, it relates and lets you reflect and also hits in unaspeakable ways that it moves something. On other songs he brings vibe and lyrics( Power,Genesis,What u want) , and in yet even others he goes ballistic on you(Losing it, The hunger, illest of our time). A special person with a gift, passion and way to create beautiful music and connect to ppl. Also he has quite the back catalouge. NIce reaction and i feel you, chronicly depressed myself and yeah the ren x chinchilla songs hit diff then especially.

Ren touches so many of us, especially those of us living with mental health issues. It's ok to cry. I do it a lot. I do it every time I hear one of Ren's songs.
It shows we are in touch with our emotions. It shows we do care, especially about what matters.
It's ok to take that medication to help us. If you cut your finger, you put a plaster on it. So think of those tablets as a bandaid for the mind.
You are strong. You are a good person.

I dont think this man know how much hes changed my life, i was in a very dark place since i was 6 from truma/abuse and planning the end (now 29) and when i frist saw "hi ren" it hit me so hard. that few months ago i started to go see a therapist and started to feel alittle hope, i dont think he will know how much his words meant to me and my own struggles
when am feeling like sinking back into that dark place, i come find his songs and see other peoples reactions to know am not alone in what i feel.
