Here's a workout for your flamenco guitar technique: a study using the Farruca flamenco form that includes right hand techniques such as picado, the 4-stroke and 5-stroke rasgueos, arpeggios, block chords, thumb rest stokes, slurs and more. Podrias tocarla un poquito mas lento, o en partes para poder ver lo que estas haciendo? Por favor. EStamos aprendiendo esta melodia en clase, pero ya ves que el Flamenco tiene su estilo con los dedos, el rasgueado, y los apagados. Gx desde Chicago, donde el Trompas ya pronto no sera "rey". :))

If you place the thumb like you do while playing rasgueos you'll never reach the 5th string which is essential for a good rasgueo sound. You have to bend the first joint of the thumb the other way to get the whole hand in a higher position. Just watch other flamenco guitarists.
