50ml coffee
50ml liquid whipping cream
150g sugar
2 whole eggs
250g soft unsalted butter
10:48 - Russian Buttercream with Ferrero Rocher
Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter
150g condensed milk
6 ferrero rocher chocolates
3 tablespoons hot milk
15:53 - French Buttercream
Ingredients:
8 Egg Yolks at room temperature
250g of common sugar
100 ml of Water for the Syrup
330 g of unsalted butter and ready to pomade
Optional flavorings: chocolate, coffee extract, vanilla flavor, etc.
Syrup Temperature- 120 Degrees
