Pool 2 MAIN
9:03 Thanks for the list, I made a few tweaks and I'm having a lot of success with it. I cut scorpion enchantress and professor x, and added infinaut sunspot and Armor. Enchantress was a dead card most of my games, and prof x just felt like a hail marry card. The curve is also much more smooth. Spiderwoman is sneaky good, the games you play her turn 5, you can bait your opponent into defending that lane and win the other 2 lanes.
How would you update the Control list once in Pool 3? I'm thinking stuff like Spiderman etc.

Maybe a video on good card combos in each pool. But the content you've been making has been phenomenal so far! I would also even enjoy just you playing battle after battle to see how you deal with the challenges and situations that come up.
Love the vids, and I wouldn't mind a commentary video full of battles. I think you're great at explaining the reasoning behind each of your plays and that helps me see how I can deal with certain situations in my games.
I love control decks and in this fast game, they don't feel slow at all (compared to HS for example). The thing is that for a control deck, it doesn't feel like we have strong finishers (except for Chavez)

Amazing video! Thanks for all the tips and suggestions. I am just starting to get in to pool 3. It has gotten a lot harder to predict some of the moves that get made. I am hoping to hit level 70. I will try out this deck and hope for the best.

Being able to clear Savage Land, Central Park and Shadowland, or removing a scaled up Sunspot in a Flooded Location, or Nightcrawler in other unreachable Locations etc. Can win you games out of nowhere.

Been using this deck now for a couple days (the pool 2 one) I was stuck at 55. After I really started to figure out this deck I am now up to 62. Going to try and hit that lvl 70 variant before the season is over.

Thanks for the video! I wouldn't mind seeing mass battle videos -- i think the biggest problem I have when I try to use someone else's build is seeing how the pieces fit together (and particularly how it works with random locations), so that'd be nice.

The craziest location setup I've had so far was Death's Domain, Sanctum Sanctorum, and the Space Throne. You could play one card.
Great deck! First time playing it, locations were Jotunheim, Hala, and Kamar-Taj. Turn 1 he put Antman on Hala, I did nothing. Turn 2 we both dropped Angela on Hala, and he went all in on turn 3 Squirrel Girl and Ebony Maw. I played Iceman and Scorpion on Kamar-Taj and I've never seen someone retreat that fast.

I think 6 battles is good for this game and showing off various different styles of play with the deck. Because you’re going really in-depth with these deck setups it might harm UA-cam retention. I think it depends on how many permutations of the deck there are.

I've lost using this deck more than any other deck I've played. This is pool 2 CL 298 with all cards mentioned except Shang-Chi. It's like the game gives me the worst rng when I use this deck. Never get Storm into Jessica, only draw Enchantress when no ongoing is present, locations wreck me and win games for opponent, etc. I found the America Chavez version more consistent I suppose, but I can't believe how much I lose playing this.. I'd love to see way more games of this deck to see how you play around bad draws and rng, cause I just can't get this to work. Thanks for all the content, love your Snap stuff.
I agree with doing more matches to showcase a deck. Obviously gives a better breath of games to see the deck win and lose. Loses being to learn from.

Before pool 3; Professor X means you're either winning already with the rest of your deck or it's a dead card in your hand. 5 for 3 is a trash card
Talking about bad Locations. I was playing a move deck once and Had Fisk Tower, with Mirror Dimension becoming Fisk Tower.
I’ve also had Mirror Dimension copy Sanctum Sanctorum with the third Location getting Stormed.

The worst trifecta I got was when I had an opponent running a movement deck and the locations were the location where you add 1 card, it fills the whole location with it, K’un Lun (if you move a card here it gets +2, and the nexus. He filled the location with 4 night crawlers, moved them all to K’un Lun, put down 4 iron hearts, buffed them all up, and used heimdall and moved all his power into the nexus. Safe to say I got destroyed

I got a "Only one card is allowed here" followed by squirrels and then a when you play a card, destroy it. Basically it was a game of who can make their nightwing the biggest.
I like the play at the end. Aggressive, but opponent also got lucky. Imagine if jubilee had pulled out an ice man or korg. Either way, it was the more fun play. For the content! As they say
Off that losing a game by 1 point man that sucks and happens to me quite often. Personally I love deck's like this more then other types even if it's a little more of a uncertain outcome.
Cozy love the content, what a great game!! In response to your question about more matches, what if you split the deck build and example matches into 2 videos. One could be the explanation and maybe 1-2 good examples showcasing the build. Then release an unabridged video of 4-6 matches maybe more that may or may not end in a win. Idk if it’s the best option just something that came to mind, again thanks for the great content. Keep it up.

question: if u pass the 214 collections point and ur deck is made of entirely of pool 1cards this that mean u cant play against pool 2 deck? or the second u pass that 214 point u gonna match pool 2 no matter ur deck composition is?

I think the most cursed game I've played was a Limbo game (7 turns) with Weird world (You draw from your opponents deck) and the location that replaces your deck with 10 random cards.

Great video. My first pol 3 cards I pulled seem to fit well into a control style - Those being, spiderman, rockslide, magik and dr doom.
Do you think any of these would fit well into the control deck? If so which would you recommend taking out for these pool 3 cards?

No a huge need for magic, as youll have to play her on 5 and with only two locations youll be able to end it on turn 6.
But Spiderman can be a fantastic play on 5 and fit right into this deck
Doom would be a nice way to add to flooded locations

Great deck as usual Cozy! What do you think about swapping Spiderwoman for Hobgoblin? I really like giving -8 to opponents but maybe it's anti-synergy with flooding one location and forcing the opponent to the other two? (They could fill it up and Hobgoblin loses a location for me if it doesn't switch sides.)
Hob can work just fine, especially against decks that don't rely on alot of cards, I find spiderwomen a bit more consistent in pool1 & 2, as many decks rely on heavy card play

Here's my bad location story. I once got Crimson Cosmos, Sanctum Sanctorum, and Death's Domain all at once. All I could think was, "Where's Nightcrawler when you need him?" Had to retreat for my own sanity.
Great vid man. Don’t have iceman or scorpion for your pool 2 deck. Decided to use yondu in place of iceman but don’t know what to replace scorpion with. Is it still worth using without these cards, and if so, what should I replace scorpion with?

I played with my own control deck and outsmarted the enemy so bad that i feel like mind reader! My cards are Nova, Agent i3, Star lord, scarlet witch, Kill monger, Jubilee, Prof X, Devil Dino, Storm, American Charvez, Hobgoblin, Groot. It was Bar sinister day, I played Nova on 1st turn and Star lord on 2nd turn (i predicted and got it right), on turn 3 i played Kill monger and destroyed Nova and some enemy 1 cost. on turn 4 enemy played storm in mid and i played Jubilee, I pulled Hobgoblin, and he can't do anything because his storm locked him. Since mid was locked, i figured he would play card on bar sinister so i played Groot in bar sinister, he played iron heart and my Groot outnumbered. Dude started spamming pointing Spider man emotes because i predicted his moves the whole match, on last turn i played Prof X and he played Jubilee. i locked the location and his Jubilee couldn't pull any card🤣. 100% calculated victory. The next match i played prof X on bar sinister, the game crash but you can rejoin again, Prof +Groot in Bar sinister, you prevent enemy card from multiplying and since the enemy also played a card here in the same turn, your Groot's on reveal active.
Where do all the alternate avatars come from? My selection is still basic as hell and I'm nearing the end of Pool 3. Are these all from Collector's bundles? That Rocket one is cracking.
If I ever see a big power card from the opposition I always play my kazar or blue marvel in the same location as it stops them playing enchantress

Worst three I got were: Danger Room, 25% chance to be destroyed, Um some location where “Cards played here get destroyed” and then I’ve had a different 3rd of “Cards here have -2 power” and the other one Jotuheim or whatever where cards lose power every turn 😅
So Sera is one of the most powerful cards in pool 3? She was my second guaranteed card in pool 3. Currently playing a Sera 2 drop deck it’s my new favorite!

@@cozysnap that lost show that it's okay to try and go for the fun play. We all lose sometimes. But having fun is the true spirit of the game.
P.S. Today I got Negative Zone, Yotenheim, and the one where it swaps your cards and gives it to the opponent. It was an auto loss because I gave the opponent a 6 power card before the location was revealed. 🤣

Hey guys! Need some advice please, my account is silver ATM and got 203 pool points, but no yet Angela/Angel if I keep upgrading my pool will be too hard to climb?
I personally recommend growing the collection level, if you dont have angela you are still safe in pool 1

But I can't get out of 33 and I REALLY want the title at 40
Worst Locations combo: Subterannea, the one that shuffles 3 rocks when you play on it and Sanctum
I do want to say, I don't think people are undervaluing scarlet witch. For me, sometimes I just get done with her making things sometimes worse for me lol. She's does disrupt, but she can also make things worse.
Has anyone tested how well Beast works with this deck. Seems like it would be nasty to throw down a few 1 disruptions, put down beast and then do it again.
Was just playing with this actually! He doesn’t work too great with the Odin version but certainly adds some fun elements. I would add a few more low cost disruptions too it with Beast.

For now Cable can still disrupt your opponent by taking his cards, i would go with him!
Why do I always hear “American” Chavez whenever Cozy mentions that card?!
People won’t snap anymore and just quit when they see a combo setting up. It’s hard to get to 70

You most likely are playing people that have pulled them through locations or cards like Agent 13 😀
