- Here's a quick fix for your late tennis contact. Hitting away from your body creates a longer lever for effortless power. If you are someone who constantly feels scrunched in when hitting the ball it could be technical or it could be mental. There really aren't many drills to fix this but if you use our forcefield visualization and exaggeration you can make the change!

I agree with that most late hitting is based on the racket angle at contact. I personally have one problem that I'm working on, that is the high forehand above shoulder height. I typically pull away from the ball for some reason and when I do that, the angle of the racket goes outward and appears to be late. I have since corrected my behavior but I have to keep reminding myself. It was driving me crazy until I figured out what I was doing wrong. Thanks for the video.
