Micheal Cudlitz gave one of the best Lex Luthor performances weve seen as he truly felt like a menace. Hes already up there with Micheal Rosenbaum and Clancy Brown as arguably the best depiction of Lex Luthor we've seen at least in the modern era. Hopefully Nicholas Hoults Lex Luthor in Superman (2025) next year will be just great, as we've never had a good take on Lex in a live action movie unlike we've seen in live action or animated shows
It's absurd, in my opinion, that characters like Lex don't have a real alias, despite even having armor with which to fight Superman, Supergirl and their allies. The most is been "Apex Predator\Apex Lex", but it's not much, as an alias. Meh.
Think about it the other way around, maybe his ego is so strong that he doesn't use a nickname. So, paradoxically, the nickname Apex Rex may unexpectedly symbolize his desire for superiority over Superman.

You know what? I end up wondering why, at this point, they didn't stay more faithful to the Supergirl storyline in the comics by using as the main antagonist of the series Silver Banshee, Kara's true archenemy, who in the 'Arrowverse' has become a minor character.
