I'd say having a good spring while being a huge focus of attention and teammates praising his attitude and plate approach while learning a new position is something. He's done everything expected of him and excelled thus far.
Joe musgrove is not fighting for a spot lol. I expect Jackson to have a good start but once the book gets written he will struggle and the key to his success is if he finds the adjustment. Kind of like Jake . pictures started figuring him out and he's still trying to make the adjustment.
Remember when Tommy Medica had that amazing spring? Like the best in the whole spring out of any player. And he did nothing.
Joe Musgrave spring training is a little concerning, he hasn't gotten out the 1st of inning in both starts. 1.2 innings 5 hits 8 runs 0 K
Concerning, but as long as the games don't count yet, veterans are given a lot of leash prepping for the regular season.
I think he get sent back down he still needs time
Now that the Giants have signed Chapman, 4th place in the NL West is looking pretty legit.
Lmao the Giants are fucking ass cheeks. They have 2 legit starters, a garbage bullpen, and a lineup that’s average at best.
Padres dropped the ball game 1
The point is Preller does not know how to spend money. He overpays and signed unnecessary players... Yes, he might be a great talent evaluator but he sucks at building teams...
If hype is .265, 25 2B, 14 HR and .780 OPS, then yes. He can live up to the hype.
Much better than what T. Grish would bring to the club
Should I bring up the records of Griffey Jr, etc when they were young?
