MP / Mp reduction is a great 4th substat! Try to get a good 3 still!
Why you got so many points on intelligence?
Guild boss for cooldown and faster mp as jinwo in guild boss doesn't do that much dps than other hunters so he is used as support in that

I got full crit damage roll on the accessory’s plus the demonic plum is like 360% crit in total so SJW hitting like truck-kun
additional atk for characters but use atk% for Jin Woo
