Nice to meet up with the neighbours even if it's a 500k round trip, thanks for taking us along. The countryside is really looking green that's got to be good for the stock.
No underwear footage = successful creek crossings. Well done! It's super interesting to hear you talk about wildlife management and to see how things are done there. Many people don't want to discuss that but it is an important part of living in the wide open spaces.
The Prado is a great touring rig except for when the rear door gets stuck because of dust. Happened to me coming home from Milrose at Wiluna. Such a pain.
Why is the Prado not good for towing? If not, what is? Anyway, this is my first visit, but certainly not my last! Great video, great commentary - a tribute to all of you guys and gals who work our great Australian outback. Keep up the good work.
The danger with the Prado when towing is the weight of the vehicle, it tends to get pushed around by it's load, making it unstable. Cheers! Glad you're enjoying it 👍
@@warwickkinscher5986 for towing larger loads, a 200 series has enough weight to handle a lot, and the 79 series are good. These days people are carrying heavier Caravans and bigger horse floats.
Love your work Jack. Is there any chance you could make a video on how you set up the networking around the property to see the camera etc. What equipment do you use etec
Just watching this one again after being prompted in your last video. Did you really go the long way to Carnegie or go via the private road which would be much closer. (Or maybe that private road only exists on the Hema map?)
Hi Michael, we really did go the long way! The road through the middle is a station track that has a large section of un-maintained road between both the stations, add to that a significant amount of water on the road and running through the multiple creek crossings we had to pass and the logical thing to do was go around! 👍🏻
Another great episode Jack. A good day out for everyone. Thanks for sharing it.
How do we make this channel blow up? Such legends. Wish everyone would see this.

Passed through Carnegie a decade ago after a trip along the Gunbarrrl. Great to see it again.
Look forward to all your videos. Ant is a natural interviewer, which helps get the answers I need as a layman. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
I worked at prenti downs when will linke owned it. Worked there for 2 months.
Nice vid
Awesome to see all that water reviving the country and the wild dogs hanging up great strategy !!!!

Ant is being a good sport taking the ribbing for forgetting the beer, and making it a joke

Excellent gents well done. Very wet for dry country
Still have my stubbies holder had it for about 10 years time for a new one.

Great vid mate -?going to plan the trip and use the Gunbarrrel to get across !
Good to see some dead wild dogs along the way!
I failed to make the connection that your neighbours are the fuel stop on the Gunbarrel. Another great video thanks.
Knee deep and pretty swift. You need some depth indicators along those creeks. Nice shots guys.
Going out your way in a few months for sticky beak
Great episode!

@@jack_out_the_back Thanks, Jack - so what do you recommend? Are there heavier Toyotas?

@@jack_out_the_back Thanks, Jack. Another great lesson from the outback.
How about some outback golf ? Love to hear Ant's thoughts on putting.
I’ve seen you harvest honey and camel fillets; any craft beer brewing and biltong / jerky drying happening?
Funny you should say that....
Hi Jack, just come across your channel, great episode. Will share with the guys at work so we can see how you are going up at
Prenti Downs.
Thanks Adel!! Will be great to see what they reckon! Plenty of nutrien hats 😂
Think we need to get you a Clarke & Stokes hat 🧢😉
