It's been a while since such a simple guitar tone has made my eyes tear up. Of course add his vocals on top of that and it's impossible to not get choked up. For a moment in time, I remembered what it feels like to be an American. Thank you for the lesson. You did an excellent job explaining it in a very understandable manner.

As a new guitarist before internet days I bought a book called Jimi Hendrix Note For Note by Richard Daniels. The book was a revelation showing the "boxes" he was playing along with tab. I often wished the author would of done followups with Gilmour and others. I hope others find as much inspiration in the great videos you're producing.

Phaser - (EH Small Stone) - staple of the Country Ballad and Southern Rock sound.
I have an MXR EVH Script and love it. It can get that super slow phase sound that EVH and many others used. It's over 20 years old and never had a hiccup.
I still prefer Jimi Hendrix playing “Star Bangle Banner” over the P.A. system before every event…that’s just me.
