SO many of you have been asking me how I get this curly look and exactly how I am protective styling my texlaxed hair during this quarantine. So, in today’s video I am showing you exactly that-an effortless, lazy girl-friendly quarantine protective style. As you guys know, I am overdue for a relaxer, so it’s SO important that I protect my texlaxed hair during quarantine.

Hi Alexis Happy Easter 🐣 I’m 11 weeks post I have such a great amount of new growth and at first it was so hard to detangle I didn’t know what to do. I wash and condition every week, grease my scalp only and use leave in conditioner. I let it air dry I don’t apply any kind of heat to my hair unless I’m getting a roller set at the salon, I just been wearing buns and high ponytails but I really can’t wait to get my touch up !! That wig is everything!! It’s so beautiful it compliments you so well 🙂

I want to texlax my hair but it's dyed. Will it fall off? I dyed it last year November I think, the lady bleached it first then put the dye on top, it was kinda damaged but I think its ok right now but I want to texlax.
Kiende k Hmm, bleached how high?Blonde and then dyed to another color? Years ago I had blonde hair, did a wave nouveau and my hair fell out. Wave nouveau is a different process from texlaxing, but I still just caution you. I think it really depends on how fine your hair is. My hair is pretty fine, so it’s more subject to breakage the more I process it. So, long story short, my recommendation would be don’t do it. But obviously it’s going to depend on the health and strength of your hair. Good luck! Xoxo 💋
@@AlexisKimberlyy yeah, they bleached it to blonde... I was sad...because my hair texture felt like plastic. But my hair is growing really fast..and it didn't break. So idk if I can wait it out..but I really would love to relax it :(
