Speaking of typing by appearance, let's see what I see (Let me know if I miss anything):
Andrew Colombini is wearing clothing and hair indicative of a Se user. His eyes are both intently focused on one thing at a time rather than darting indicating an Ni user. His eyelids are gently sloping downward which is indicative of an NF type. He is responding, mostly staying on topic so an introvert and affiliative (high conscientiousness) which narrows it down to INFJ.
Further study: He prefers hot dry climates, Se-Ni dynamic represents fire and air which shows in the colors, patterns of his shirt along with a windswept hairstyle, so this checks out. His stated motivation for this chosen study appears to be intimacy with his fellow person as well as his own personality, which "helps us get into synchronicity" which can help everyone find meaning in life knowing we lived correctly (good character), a common theme with INFJ, ESTP, ENFP, ISTJ. Finally, the viewpoint that all systems and ideas have value is a possible indicator of Te trickster (not that we shouldn't be open minded, just an observation). I'm open to critiques.

Oh my goodness!!! The Greek bile system yeah? I feel like that’s what the bio types remind me of learning that and that the cold nerds had a lot of phlegm and the hot headed extroverts were just like full of like hot guts. The melancholy stereotypical sad deep feeling introvert. Dang, it’s been a while since freshman year Ancient Civilization. Yeah, we all be screwed and the wheel turneth again hahaha that’s what I remember. ENFP digests history from thirty years ago.

That sounds too close to eugenics for my liking. Not to say I think it is meant in that spirit but it risks being used in a discriminatory way imo.
